Was able to check in early and property manager was friendly. I liked the layout of the room and room looked clean. Highly disappointed by the critters that roamed the kitchen and bathroom after sunset. Pool and the outside area although quaint did not appear to be clean. Property can use some maintenance and an exterminator.

Looks like it was once a well cared for property, but whoever owns it is now bored with running it. There was 1 employee there at times to check people in but that was about it. Our shower had no hot water or pressure and she had to drive back to the property so we could change to a room with a functional shower. Also may have just been our visit, but the neighborhood roosters crowed pretty much 24/7.

The water not possible to take a shower..very little pressure..and the owner is difficult to talk to..only the house keeping incharge lady was excellent..but the owner was irritating and unhelpful..and felt funny and found him unreliable..

The room we got was not pictured. The roosters next door start crowing at 3am and the parking lot directly outside the window is loud. Neighbors play loud music at 7am for about 10 minutes. There are bugs in the kitchen. Termite trail on the ceiling. No warm water in the bathroom.

Really great place in Esperanza, located conveniently near the water and many restaurants. It has a nice pool and outdoor grill area. The one drawback is that it's not very quiet and there are very loud chickens next door. I imagine this is the case across the whole island, so not anything that can be done about it.

I loved the quaintness of this hotel. Room had everything you needed and the pool was amazing. Only downside is be aware of roosters that sing to you in the morning.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Skip is a trip. He was easy knowledgeable and caring for the property.

For the price charged this property does not live up to the expectations. Shower in one of the bathrooms was not working. Bathrooms need renovation.
