Beach Quarters Resort Reviews

Parking garage was horrible. To tight for normal size vehicles. I thought I was able to hear everyone’s bathroom toilets and facets being used, after 2 days found out I had a running toilet. Construction was going on when I got to my room. Indoor pool was out of service when I checked in. People houses near me kept slamming doors all day and night.

Great place to stay. Super fun and great ammeneties The Staff was extremely accommodating and very nice. They were really fantastic actually.

All offered amenities werent available that they list online. On_site parking garage is only for cars and small suvs. Truck van and larger suvs are to park across the street and behind a 12floor hotel. Still free but definitely not ideal. Otherwise good place to stay. Spacious rooms. Clean.

My wife and I came to this motel, opened the doors, the doors were broken. In the morning we got up and the guys were working in our square. In two rooms .i never have secure deposit. Thanks

The staff were very polite. The rooms had great views of the beach! The rooms were clean and well set up.

Great room on the ocean. I would stay here again. Had a couple issues and the staff responded immediately. The weather was horrible, so we spent a couple nights in. Only wish they had a movie channel basically only cable on a small TV not a good selection. Had room service from across the street. lots of good food.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The area of the facility was clean and kept up however, some areas of the rooms could use updates. Overall, we would stay there again. Perfect location and very nice beach area.

This was out first time staying with Beach Quarters Resort and I must say, I will definitely be going back! My only main complaint is that the beds were a bit hard, but the room was spacious and clean. The parking garage is terrible. The turns you have to make to get in/ out are very sharp so definitely use the overflow lot for larger vehicles. I heard a lot of complaints about having to use the key card to get around the resort, but I found that to be very safe that way outsiders can't just walk in! The staff was very friendly and attentive! Out of the many different hotels we've stayed at in Virginia Beach, this one will definitely be our "go to" from here on out!

The property was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue is that the water didn’t get as hot as we would have liked. It was hot but we prefer hotter. Parking was ok, very tight. Go slow!

Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was great. Loved the pool area-They had a shallow pool for little ones, regular size pool and a hot tub. The ocean view from our room was beautiful!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean fresh air. The room was clean. Parking was tight but manageable. Thank you for accommodating us.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The only drawback was the lack of a oven. But overall that was a minor setback. We will definitely look for this property for future stays.

Nice hotel. I like that the washers and dryers are newer models and there is no charge to use them.

Representatives in front desk were very friendly, professional and helpful! Resort service was good!
