Hotel rooms are great, nicely appointed, easy access, nice rooftop bar - only thing which niddles me is 4pm check in is late. They seem obsessed with check in and out times. However rooms are nice and location great

Great location for experiencing Georgetown. Room was small but clean with a large bathroom. Staff was friendly.

Construction around hotel and view was of construction. Also, We had to call for bedding for pull out sofa. Overcharged by 2.0.

I would like to thank the front desk service for their service. I lost my credit card and the lady at the front desk that was working on Sunday 2/18 checked every avenue to find my card and was successful in locating it. It was much appreciated. Everyone that works at the hotel we encountered was pleasant and provided great customer service.

We enjoyed our stay. Great shopping, restaurants and bars. We loved the rooftop bar as well as the Alex.

Hotel is run down. Walls scuffed, etc. Terrible cold lighting. Need to use bulbs that are warmer color temp. Was a roach in my bathroom this AM. Major construction going on next door starting very early.

This was my first time staying at this property. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was very welcoming. The location is great in Georgetown. I only wish the weather had cooperated a bit more during my stay, as the area is amazing for walking and shopping.

The room in general ( bathroom in particular) smelled very bad . It smelled kind of moldy. Also, we paid extra for a “terrace” and we had a terrace however it is a scaffolding of a construction site & outdoor furniture is dirty with construction debris. Also, there is no view or anything. Not worth it at all.

Nice hotel trying to be a luxury facility but lacking in some small but noticeable amenities.

I chose The Graham for its location to a race I was running. However it was perfect for everything I did in DC. Easy walking distance to so many great places. All the staff were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for my visit. And the Main Street with shops and restaurants was very close. We came to a graduation to Georgetown University. The only thing is did not like was the fact that the hotel charged for parking and my car was left on the street. Paring $60.00 a night and not having no my new car in a garage was terrible
