Facility a little old, could hear water rushing in the pipes. A large party breaking up at 2AM woke us up. A/C was good. Overall very clean. Appreciated the breakfast, but the coffee wasn’t good. Just being honest!

Everything was good except for the bathroom, cleanliness was fine but the shower was either very hot or very cold, as well as the water pressure was wonky.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, great amenities, clean with wonderful staff for a great price and value.

It was so beautiful and the staff was so very kind… we even got breakfast! The room was beautiful!

The front desk ladies were extremely nice and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Everything about the Wilshire Grand was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could have been better was the gym. The treadmill needs some attention.

The room was dated. The door striker plate was missing, there was a huge stain on the wall, molded caulk in the shower, the shower control handle was ready to fall off, the dressers were dirty. The front desk staff was utilizing personal computers, while on the phone.

The stay was ok. The best part of the visit was Michael at the front desk. The TV service wasn't working nor was the phone to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. A gentleman came to check out the problem and stated that the weather was causing the problem.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, early check in. Will stay again if in the neighborhood.

Had a great stay! Loved the room which had many draws lol, and a good sized bathroom. Desk staff were very cordial and helpful. Kitchen staff at breakfast however were contrite and impatient. One complaint, NOT ENOUGH HOOKS FOR TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM!! We had to rest my towel on the closed toilet seat to have it reachable from the shower. Definitely planning to bust again.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.
