The people working the desk answered my questions and were kind. The room was remodeled and clean, however, the floors do need cleaned better. Stayed there hoping to feed my family before getting on the road again, the breakfast was not kept up. There was barely anything available.

Very friendly staff!! The ladies were very helpful and patient. The lobby had several people waiting to be helped and was very professional!!

The check in was not very good. The middle-age, blonde haired kind of heavier set lady was rude. All of the trash cans on the property were slammed full with trash piled up underneath the stairwell by the first floor ice machine bed was somewhat comfortable. However the pillows were very small and round like a beach ball. The shampoo and the bath soap provided were of extremely low quality. Would not recommend staying here at all.

The front desk clerk was really nice and check in was quick. The room was clean. The rooms are NOT inside the building, all doors are outside, so if you dont mind the noise from people and cars, its fine.

Roach spotted in the room within first 5 minutes. First floor room and we could hear every person that walked and talked outside of our window along the sidewalk. Desk attendant at check in was efficient, but made no attempt to be friendly or welcoming.

We arrived at the hotel and more like a motel. Room very unclean, toilet dirty, desk chair very dirty and torn would not sit in it. We were dr ing thru and looking for a nice pool. Pool was disgusting and found out after we complained about the pool that it was closed. Not told in check-in or on booking. We stayed a Quality in Whyteville the day before and it was excellent. Did get a full refund but did have to unload all our belongings and then turnaround and put them back in the car.

This property was not as advertised on *******. It was like a dirty motel and it was advertised as a hotel. I checked in and went to my room. The comforter had stains. The door had a gap I could see outside. I could hear everything outside as if I had the door wide open. Needless to say I left an hour later for another hotel. They won’t give me my money back for the 4 day stay. The manager works the graveyard so she won’t return my calls. Stay away from this place

WiFi was spotty, not usable. Tv remote didn’t work. Staff didn’t care to fix an of our problems.

the room was clean but the furniture was broken. some guys were in the parking lot screaming all night

The check in person had a terrible cold, and should have been wearing a mask. The computers were really slow to check in.

No cable tv. No amenities. Literally renting a bed. Smoke free room though,and coffee maker. But that is it.

They only provide housekeeping (change of towels and trash) if you stay more than 4 nights. At least that is what they told me. I could hear and smell everything outside the room. Staff was pleasant. Motel was dirty appearing. The breakfast providedwas very underwhelming, even for a continental breakfast. I would not stay again and would not recommend.

Liked the cleanliness of inside unit, but did not like outside of apartments. Outside appeared kinda dirty and it was very noisy. There were teenagers running back and forth on the second floor and talking loudly
