No cable tv. No amenities. Literally renting a bed. Smoke free room though,and coffee maker. But that is it.

They only provide housekeeping (change of towels and trash) if you stay more than 4 nights. At least that is what they told me. I could hear and smell everything outside the room. Staff was pleasant. Motel was dirty appearing. The breakfast providedwas very underwhelming, even for a continental breakfast. I would not stay again and would not recommend.

Liked the cleanliness of inside unit, but did not like outside of apartments. Outside appeared kinda dirty and it was very noisy. There were teenagers running back and forth on the second floor and talking loudly

Smooth check-in and staff was friendly enough. Hotel smelled weird and there were candles burning trying to cover it up; unfortunately our room didn't smell much better. There were no toiletries in our room, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands with. Furniture is outdated and rooms are certainly in need of upgrades and the cleanliness could be improved. Looked like weeks-old food smeared all over the inside of our microwave.

Room was very clean and everything was in working order. Unfortunately, due to location, it was very noisy. Between the traffic and the guests in the room next door you can hear EVERYTHING and its hard to fall asleep.

Employees have terrible customer service skills and their telephone didn't work or remote control to the television and my driver license and debit card was stolen by an employee and the police was called.

My evaluation is as a transit hotel, just a day trip to Miami. I think it should not be classified in any other way, due to its structure and furniture. As such, the hotel is in good condition, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is acceptable although below my expectations. Friendly employees, very beautiful and striking façade. Amazing! It didn't have any cleaning or toiletries! (soap, shampoo, cream, etc.). They told us they ran out of supply because the hotel was filled with guests during the games, for me unacceptable excuse, since it should have been foreseen. We had to buy them at the nearby store. This is the fundamental reason for my evaluation, since it could be four or even five. In addition, the furniture to rest feet has wheels, it can be dangerous for elderly people to sit on. These problems are easy to solve and would make a great transit hotel,
