The best was very comfortable and we slept really well. The room was kept nice, and we had a great time staying at your hotel.

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, with good network signal and good price today. It is suitable for one night stay when passing by on a business trip. The only regret is that after you take a bath, you find that the water in the bathtub cannot drain out. It has not drained at all all night. How does it feel? ?

The hotel is very rundown, it didn’t provide a great vibe when you ate foot into the building. They will not mention anything in regards to your Hilton status benefits which includes either breakfast or points.  I recommend everyone to get the points because every time I walk pass the lobby slightly past 10, unless people finish dining before 10, the restaurant is already shut down, lights off, is if it never open for breakfast.   FYI: Please check your account to see whether the points have been added since the front desk looks a little irritated when I ask and choose points.  The room is not clean, ceiling and wall paper are falling off, as in no maintenance was ever conducted, the bathtubs drains so slow, like it’s having plumbing issue.  The pillows are small, comfort level is not the best.   All in: I would recommend people, do your due diligence, look at other Hilton property pricing, review competitors review and price to make an inform decision. As a consumer, I would choose else where and pay an extreme premium for other property. 

I stayed at this hotel on July 26th, 2022. The air conditioning was not working in the hotel but they did not mention this when I checked in. I went to set up my computer to work at the desk in the room but there were no outlets anywhere near the desk so I had to move the lamp from the side table by the bed and place it in the middle of the room on the floor in order to plug in (even though there was an unplugged lamp on the desk!). There were several other issues with the room that I have since forgotten as the manager said that she would take care of the charge for me after I complained...just got my AMEX bill and it was NOT taken care of. Called the hotel but no manager is on site today! Really?! THIS WAS THE WORST HILTION EXPERIENCE IN THE 35 YEARS I HAVE BEEN TRAVELLNG!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!
