I stayed for a week. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Even though I was on my own, I had been given a double room, which I very much apprechiated. The room was clean and got checked daily. It was quiet most of the evening, only sometimes, some visitors to the car park were a bit loud after hours. Not all channels on the telly worked, but there was still enough entertainment, if desired. If I could've one wish to improve, it would be air conditioning, as it was a bit hot in the room. The city centre is about a 10 mins walk and there are plenty of resurants close by. The train- and bus station is literally just outside the main door (I hardly heard the train pass).

Decent little hotel very close to the train station, so arriving by train and using the Deutschlandticket is recommended. Good for one night and fairly priced. Breakfast was OK. No bar, reception only open during the day. Not much charm.

The location is good, in the middle of the city, near the train station. Parking is free and I received a friendly welcome. There is free water and the WiFi works perfectly. The room is large and a little coldly furnished. But clean. The bathroom is equipped with everything and is also clean. The mattress was too soft for me (a matter of taste). The breakfast gets full marks, very plentiful: fresh fruit, good rolls and the coffee from the machine was good. The service was friendly here too. I will book again.

The Rilano 24-7 is a simple hotel, you could also describe it as good, middle-class. Room, furnishings, bed - everything was satisfactory. In my case, the bathroom was half-heartedly renovated and not entirely satisfactory, but also, what is important - clean throughout. The breakfast buffet is complete, but without any highlights, nothing special, so in my opinion it's not worth the significant extra charge. So all in all, nothing negative, nothing extremely positive, just a typical business hotel, ideal for one or two nights. BEST: the extremely friendly staff. WORST: the more than bleak location near the train station, amusement arcades all around, right next to the P&R car park with gloomy, bored characters and car posers... but you can't blame the hotel for that.

Partially renovated hotel, the mattress was quite saggy. The traffic on the street is loud, on the parking lot there are loud conversations and roaring tuned cars. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is quite decent. The price/performance ratio is OK.

Everything was problem-free and as expected!

The very friendly service of all the staff is worth mentioning. Otherwise, I am not very convinced by the hotel. Not very appealing, location OK, room facilities good, unfortunately very noisy. The rooms either face the street or the busy car park, and there is a train line in front of the door. No air conditioning, and with the windows open you only need earplugs. For me, this was not 4* and the price-performance ratio was not OK.
