Very clean and the location is very goood. But I think the security need to be trained better. I’d like to check out in the morning 7am, but no one is there at the reception except 2 securities. I tell them I want to check out, they looked at me and answered “I dont know”. then I asked so how? They repeated “I dont know” and just looked away. Ended I call the whatsapp for the PIC to come down. But overall, I had a pleasant stay there. Thank you!

Mistakenly booked this service apartment where I wanted the hotel. Location is perfect though, next to pavilion via connecting bridge. Gym facilities is a let-down, poorly maintained.

Thumbs up for them. Easy check in with drinks offered tea or coffee, the officer gave me welcome drinks.
Clean, bridge linking to pavilion mall.. easy and it was raining so the bridge was useful. Instructions were clear for check in and check out, the officer messaged so they can prepare for us to check out. The officer waited for us at the ground floor returning our deposit.. dont forget deposit 300rm
Overall awesome experience, bathtub, big bed and space.. muslim friendly as can pray with family.. maybe can add qiblah direction, that will be useful.

The location is very strategic with a connecting bridge to pavillion. Besides well maintened and high perfomance of security. Check in and check out process is easy. A room with few service. Had a pleasant stay overall!!!❤️

Stayed here for 3 nights and had to change rooms twice upon check in because the first one had a baby cockroach, second one had bugs (bed bug and normal ant) on the bed. Third room we switched to was alright but on the 2nd night, there was a dead baby cockroach in the toilet that wasn’t there before.
Location was good, walking distance to Pavilion and other malls nearby. Other than the cockroaches and bugs, the hotel was ok.
I would like to specially commend Hilmi as he was patient and helped us greatly when we had to switch rooms multiple times. Overall, I think this hotel is a hit and miss in certain aspects.

Awesome stay! Good hospirality and personal service. Room was spacious and clean. Strategically located and within walking distance to Pavilion, KLCC and Bukit Bintang areas.
