Good location,breakfast was good and delicious and the bed was so comfortable which I had wanted to extend my stay but it was sold out

Too noisy and not friendly

The management team went above and beyond to make sure everything went well with our reservation. The management team was great to work with but more impressively, I witnessed how they supported their staff to make sure everything at the hotel ran smoothly.

Everything was GREAT!!!! My kids and husband love it. It was perfect for a little staycation ;) Can’t wait to stay again

The staff was so kind, the hotel was super clean and spacious! Loved our room!

Close to Worcester Commons, the EcoTarium, and some great hiking, we were comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of 4, and never had to travel too far for our adventures.

People and there pets urinating on side walk where people have to walk , told the staff everyday ,

Amazing stay. The staff were very polite, accommodating and professional. We did not come across one rude employee. Room was very clean and welcoming. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

I enjoy staying here for work. The hotel has amenities that you might need on a business trip - business center, lobby for meeting, breakfast, rooms with a desk - and I always find the staff here very friendly. The room feels like my own little apartment for work and rest. The hotel takes time to keep things very clean and disinfected. The gym is clean, there is a small salt water pool (I didn’t use it). and it is even pet friendly. It’s close to the train and highway - but not noisy. It’s not a “pretty” location in the sense that there is much to walk to or sightsee, but it’s near many of my work’s meeting spots, stores, and restaurants if you have a car or short Uber ride away. There is a great restaurant across the street as well and a lobby with necessities, snacks, and drinks.

i loved this hotel. My gold status gave me a free upgrade and a whole lot of extra space- Breakfast was inclusive, location central!

Very friendly check in, room is clean and large. Very happy!
