The room is generally soundproof. I could hear the auntie cleaning outside in the morning. It is clean and well-equipped. The only drawback is that there is only one small window. Maybe it was randomly assigned? The service attitude is very good.

The worst Vienna I've ever stayed in. The air conditioner in the room was on but it was the same as if it wasn't on. I woke up many times in the middle of the night because of the heat. The air conditioner's cooling effect was terrible! I didn't sleep well all night, just like being in a sauna. I've never given a bad review for a hotel, but this time I really couldn't stand it! I'm speechless! The outdoor temperature was 18 degrees, and the air conditioner was turned on for cooling. The wind speed was at the maximum, but it was still 33 degrees. I was so angry!
