The service is excellent. We arrived midnight at the hotel with a hungry stomach. The receptionist help us to order food from outside as we do not have local number to order ourselves. However the room were cold despite having heater/warmer. It was beginning of spring so weather was cold around 2 degree C.

Good location, close to a subway station and the yellow crane tower. The people at the reception are very nice. Room is okay.

I went to Wuhan on a business trip this time. By chance, I got the daily special room of Mayflower Hotel. I didn't expect it to give me a big surprise. I arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock in the evening. The young man and the young lady at the front desk did not neglect the customers because it was at night. They registered me very politely and efficiently. When they heard that I had a light sleep and asked for a quiet room, the young lady directly sent a pair of noise reduction earplugs (in fact, I didn't use it, the room was still relatively quiet); after entering the room, I was surprised to find that I was actually arranged a women's room, with pink curtains, pink bedding, and pink decorative paintings, which was warm and quiet. Because I was in a hurry to leave on a business trip, I didn't bring a charger. After telling the front desk, a polite uncle brought it to me as soon as possible. It was really comfortable and safe to live here. When checking out, the front desk told me that it was very close to the Yellow Crane Tower, Shouyi Park, etc. I decided to bring my children to Wuhan for a trip next time and stay in this warm hotel.

The hotel is very old and the facilities are very poor. It is said that there is a double bed and a single bed. When I arrived at the site, I found out that the single bed is a temporary folding bed with pulleys like a folding chair. It is a bit difficult for an adult to sleep. I asked the hotel staff to confirm that it is a deluxe family suite room. The staff told me that it is an extra bed and a folding chair!!! If you drive there, the parking lot will not allow you to enter, saying that it is full, and let you park in the paid parking lot next to it!!!
