I accidentally bumped into a table corner on the bed. I told customer service that they didn't reply until I checked out and asked me to send me a band-aid. The scar still hurts for several days and has not healed yet. The hotel customer service was also ridiculously slow in refunding the deposit. I contacted Ctrip's customer service to help me handle it before the room deposit was refunded to me. Quite speechless

1. I discussed the room type with the merchant long in advance. On the last day, the merchant was still changing the room type with me. Later, the merchant changed my room type from a river view room to a river view bathtub room 2. After arriving in the room, I found that I was very disappointed. First of all, the room was very small. In addition, I found that the bathroom in the room was very ordinary, and the environment of the bathroom was also very ordinary. There were only two towels. 3. The room has an industrial style. To put it bluntly, the room is simply decorated and then put in a few pieces of furniture, a bed, two tables, a bathtub, a swing, and a washbasin. 4. The most important thing is that I ordered a river view room, but I couldn't see the river view. I checked in at 11:00 that night. I thought it was too late and couldn't see it, but the next day during the day I found the so-called river view. After a few buildings, it's very far away, so let's just call it a floor-view room.

The room was very clean and tidy. Suitable for people on the go

Facilities: very new Hygiene: Auntie cleans it cleanly and the sanitary bed is also very soft.

房間不錯很大視野很好可以看見長江主要很便宜而且樓下就是地鐵站去哪裡都非常的方便位置很好找點外賣也很方便

環境非常可以！離地鐵站近。還有洗衣機，離地鐵站近，步行就能到曇華林、糧道街、黃鶴樓那附近了（能走的話～）
