This hotel is very lovely, cozy, and clean. Our room was able to sleep four people, with the top level equipped with a private hot spring jacuzzi. The service was excellent and each employee was incredibly attentive. The breakfasts were also delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing getaway from the city!

非常推薦的一家民宿，環境非常棒，很雅緻，老闆審美非常在線。
周邊吃飯的地方離得很近，公路書店和蘇梅里茶餐廳都步行5分鐘即可到達，温泉也很贊，早餐雖然簡單但是很可口，位置雖然離火車軌道近但也不影響睡眠，已經推薦給同事了。

原本衹是想找個落腳處，沒想到被這家民宿深深圈粉。地理位置超優越，出行方便，周邊景點眾多。民宿風格獨特，充滿藝術氛圍，每個角落都很出片。工作人員態度親切，入住體驗超棒，強烈安利給大家！

民宿離市區挺近的，在翠華山角下，開車過去也就是四十分來分鐘就到了，民宿整體不大，有兩層，訂的私湯大床房，地暖非常暖和，一點也不冷，私湯池挺大的，水温也不錯，泡着很舒服，服務人員態度也挺好的，早餐也可以，民宿整體不錯。就是有一點私密性太差了，房間之間沒有隔斷，而且臨街。

在攜程上看了酒店照片，可能是新裝修的，風格現代，設施還可以，但是服務直接拉胯拉到底。我們一行10人拉着行李進門，幾個人站在原地不動把我們看着，毫無表情，毫無語言，冷漠地看着我們。我還以為他們是客人，結果問了是民宿做保潔和餐飲的工作人員，但是這些保潔阿姨可以早上帶着小孩吃早餐，廚師帶着狗在民宿裏，所以應該是這家民宿的老闆家人。清潔打掃得很差，地上都是垃圾，衹有一個前台小妹妹還算比較熱情。第二天早餐，我們想再添點稀飯，説沒有了。一會兒，幾個所謂的保潔阿姨和廚師帶小孩一人一大碗稀飯就開吃了。這種服務意識和服務態度，真是第一次碰到，那個中年短髮的大姐，真是讓客人感覺拿着600多元住一晚民宿，好像欠了她家糧一樣。太糟心了！如果沒有服務意識，就不要出來開店，攜程上還高分，這不是害人嗎？
