I take my children out for a trip every summer vacation. This trip to Xi'an was a very pleasant experience. I stayed in this hotel with my children. The hotel was luxuriously decorated and the service was timely. The hotel's little sister Dong Feng also gave us breakfast, and the breakfast variety was also very rich! I hope there will always be such a hotel on the road!

Ma Yuqing at the front desk was very polite and the check-in procedure was very fast without delay. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City That Never Sleeps. It's only one subway stop away. It's just that the temperature in Xi'an is still very high. It's very good to be reminded to take sun protection measures when traveling!

After comparing several hotels, I finally chose the Srirat International Hotel, which is close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Paradise, and the subway station is only two or three hundred meters away. Staff member Zhao Kaiying called and added WeChat in advance, asked about the check-in requirements, and prepared toiletries and slippers for the children. When I stayed there, I took the initiative to introduce the place to eat Pao Mo in front of the hotel. The hotel lobby is very grand, but the rooms are a bit old in comparison, and the related equipment is not particularly complete. There is no self-service laundry. There is no swimming pool or gym. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast, which is quite satisfactory. There is nothing special. However, the service is really good. Every day, I will take the initiative to remind you of the weather of the day and the items recommended for going out. I will also recommend some tourist routes and help me grab tickets for the Terracotta Warriors. I really couldn't grab tickets for the Shaanxi History Museum, so I went to the Shaanxi Archaeological Museum according to the hotel's recommendation. Every night, I would ask what items I need to buy. The service is very thoughtful, which makes up for the shortcomings of other places in the hotel.

We stayed for 3 days and it was very comfortable. Dong Feng from the customer care department provided excellent service. The sanitation was also very good. After we came back from playing, the room was very clean and disposable items were replenished in time. It was a perfect stay.

The hotel is very attentive! I brought my daughter from Guangdong to Xi'an. After checking in, she said "Wow" several times, saying that the service of a hotel of more than 600 yuan and Chimelong of more than 2,000 yuan is no different! Indeed, there is a sense of ceremony for welcoming guests, very warm and thoughtful! It is near the subway entrance and one stop away from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It is very convenient for traveling. I will recommend it to friends who come to Xi'an for tourism! Miss Tian Xiaoyu in the customer service department is beautiful and enthusiastic! The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the Beichitou subway station, and two subway stations away from the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. The transportation is convenient, and it is not as noisy as the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, the city wall, and the bell and drum tower. Of course, there is less nightlife, which is suitable for traveling with children. At the same time, the hotel has a rich breakfast with Xi'an characteristics. The only drawback is that the swimming pool was under maintenance when we went there. I left in a hurry and did not take any photos of the hotel.
