Great hotel, excellent location. Metro staion Guangjijie line 6 out front alongside a convenience store, KFC and half a dozen nice Chinese food outlets. Drum tower 250m down the road, and Bell Tower and the main boulevard a bit further. All near the south gate.
Breakfast is a modest variety but delicious, and well re-stocked.
The room was large, with excellent fittings and furnishings, with a nice local outlook from the windows. The window opens for some fresh air if required.
The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. And free washing detergent.
All the staff from reception to cleaners to cooks are lovely, and do their jobs really well.

Service: We were welcomed with snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. We stayed for a day and found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. The room was fully smart, and the hygiene was impeccable. The cleaning lady was incredibly warm and thoughtful, always asking if we needed anything. From check-in until now, our stay has been very comfortable. The young man at the front desk provided excellent service, proactively suggesting travel routes and attractions. The hotel breakfast was clean, delicious, and offered a good variety. Definitely worth staying here.

The location is great, conveniently situated between Metro Line 2 and Line 4, making subway access easy.
The usual prices are very reasonable, but they can surge 2-3 times during holidays.
Pros: It's quiet, the room is spacious, the price is moderate, it has a bathtub and disposable tub liners are provided, and the service is good.
Cons: The facilities are a bit old, the bed is too soft, and the room is quite cold. The lighting is a bit dim, and breakfast is just average – you'd be better off ordering takeout.
Considering the usual room rates are between 100-300 yuan, it's still acceptable.

My room number : 207 The Room is big, excellent location very close to the metro station. A walkable distance to the Bell tower & Drum Tower. Many halal restaurants & supermarket. Reception people don’t know English, can’t speak it or understand it. & they can’t help you with any inquiries. It was very hard to communicate, but in the end they gave me a magmatic as a souvenir gift.
The room doesn’t have a refrigerator or a safety box, but honestly, the place feels very safe — you can leave your belongings without worrying. However, I think the bathtub needs to be cleaned more thoroughly after each guest, especially the floor under the bathtub.
I think this Hotel is for +18 Adults, because of the sounds & noise that is coming from the next rooms.
Keep in your mind that the Hotel name is Smart Hotel. Overall the experience was incredible & I would love to stay here again 😇. One more thing it would be great if you add ( bath bubble bumps ) to the room, not only durex with extra payment.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel has its own parking lot, which was very convenient for our road trip. We didn't want to drive in the city, and the subway was very accessible, just one stop from Gulou Station. If you like to explore Xi'an at a leisurely pace, it's also not far to walk. The service attitude was excellent, and communication was efficient. We stayed for two nights, and each day when we returned from sightseeing, the room had already been meticulously cleaned, unlike some hotels where you have to specifically request it. We were very satisfied. They even had a shower puff in the amenities, which was a pleasant surprise, especially since I brought my favorite shower gel. That was truly a creative little touch.

The room is consistent with the picture, the sanitation is very clean, the check-in is assured, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Good soundproofing, Xiao Wei at the front desk is very welcoming, I will choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel is really recommended! The room is very clean and hygienic. Even the corners of the corners that are easy to ignore are cleaned in place. There is no unclean place at all, and it is especially safe to live. The bedding is also clean and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The service is nothing to say, the staff is very good, the demand response is fast and patient, the overall stay experience is superb, I will choose this next time!

I happened to be on a business trip to attend the opening ceremony of the China-Kazakhstan tourist train. The environment here is nice and the staff is friendly. I said I was too tired at noon and wanted to rest for a while and check out later. They agreed to let me check out at 2 o'clock. I am really grateful for the humanized hotel service.

Beautiful hotel with very fancy modern amenities. I had to change my plans and cancel my last night's accommodation, they cancelled and refunded me the money which was very kind. We used Google translate to communicate and the staff were lovely. I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel and gave earplugs and blindfolds, but there should be KTV nearby. Those people can really sing. They are still singing at four or five in the morning. It is really speechless! Environmental evaluation is generally because of this.
Understanding that this is not a problem that the hotel itself can control, but the above gives you a reference. If you pay attention to health and safety, don't mind noisy, staying in this hotel is no problem! Within ten minutes of the specific subway station, there is also a large supermarket, near Xi'an Station, and it is convenient to transfer to the subway!
