酒店在望鄉台瀑布頂端，我們定的兩間標間，店主幫我們換成了二樓的家庭房，因為一樓是真的很潮濕，地板都會有水霧的那種潮二樓相對來説要好很多，但是晚上睡覺那個被子都有點潤～完美主義者慎入，酒店有餐廳可以點菜，説到餐廳我就必須吐槽了本來中午點菜的時候我覺得對於景區來説這個菜價還行不算太亂來。但是晚上我簡直震驚了，6點半下來點好菜接近8點才吃到飯因為衹有一個廚師這個我都可以忍理解嗎。結果我們問服務員有泡菜沒得來點泡菜。她端了一小盤泡菜上來，什麼都沒給我説最後結賬的時候收了我18的泡菜錢……我簡直不能理解。如果你給我説了你泡菜要收18我可以選擇不要。而且這麼一小盤給我説18～這是黃金泡過的蘿蔔嗎。後來他們説少收點給我少了4元。收了14……退房的時候，問我住房體驗我反應了這個是。前台美女都震驚了18元泡菜錢説晚點微信回覆我這件事…結果到現在我依然沒收到任何電話或者微信回覆！酒店提供了毛巾牙具洗浴用品，有熱水有空調，而且側面可以步行去望鄉台瀑布但是千萬不要從側面步行，因為全是陡坡很陡還是開車從停車場入比較好

國慶期間 整棟樓衹有三個房間有人 服務員衹有一個人 感覺很偏僻 去了如果不是有兩個房間有人 都不敢住 房間頂部是發黴的 酒店也沒有信號
這家跟響水溝 四面山大酒店應該是一家 但是這家生意應該是最不好的

酒店提供的飲用水居然已經過期了，問他們居然説自己也喝這個水，連一句道歉都沒有，喝了後肚子一直不舒服，差評！已向監管部門投訴。希望酒店方引起重視

酒店就在望鄉台瀑布上面，地理位置很好，環境優美，裏面設施很乾凈衞生，工作人員態度很好，而且廚師炒菜很好吃，份量也很多，小朋友吃的很開心。我們入住的時候因為下雨，前台小姐姐幫我們免費升級房間，住在A棟這裏，住的很舒服，下次還會這裏入住。
