When we couldn't understand the language, they politely responded using a translation app on their smartphones. Also, when we requested a taxi, if we had any trouble, they told us to contact them on Wechat and followed us until we arrived at the hotel. However, I wish you would have called the taxi company instead of hailing a taxi on the street. I thought I would be able to stay more securely if there was a taxi contracted with the hotel or a courtesy car for sightseeing spots. Anyway, thank you for your help during our stay.

The parking spaces near the hotel entrance on the first floor are all fixed parking spaces. I am very tired after taking the children for a day. When I arrived at the hotel, I was directed to the parking lot and looked at it in two places. It's an empty seat, but you can't stop. There is still room for improvement in the sincerity and enthusiasm of the staff’s service quality! To tell the truth, this alone is not as good as Yaduo next door. Overall it's pretty good! You can consider going to Ya'an.

The lobby is relatively small and does not have a five-star luxury feel. The hot water comes out slowly and the sound insulation is average. The elevator card recognition is very insensitive. When you swipe the card to the designated floor, it does not automatically select the floor after swiping it. You have to press it manually. It often fails to swipe. On, the elevator ran away by itself. During the Spring Festival, the swimming pool closed early. The front desk said that they would not know until that day. Anyway, it felt like a five-star average.

When traveling to Ya'an, I saw the newly opened DoubleTree by Hilton and came to experience it. The hotel is very convenient for transportation in the city center. The rooms are very new, clean and spacious, and the floor views are also very good. It should be the best hotel in Ya'an. The lady at the front desk is particularly nice. Friendly, the children especially like the cookies provided. The breakfast is rich and Ya'an special noodles are delicious. I will only stay here when I come to Ya'an in the future.

酒店和傳統五星相比，應該是偏商務的，環境不錯，入住有逸林特色的巧克力曲奇歡迎禮，也給小朋友準備了小玩具，小細節還不錯，但是辦理入住時酒店服務人員的服務意識有待加強，因為帶着小朋友拿兩個行李箱顯得有點困難，服務人員雖然在前面引路，但沒有搭把手的意識，會讓顧客體驗感有所降低。房間的環境不錯，早餐可以説是中規中矩，因為五一客人比較多，麪食檔口顯得有點混亂，排隊等候時間比較長，部分煮麪人員的服務意識有待提高～態度比較僵硬

因為網評雅安第一家五星酒店，寄予厚望特地選了個江景房。結果卻差強人意。入住後房間異常温熱當時工作人員還很熱情，説是因為天氣原因，還搬來一個空氣凈化器。到了晚上空調顯示19度，屋裡還是很悶熱工人來測了一下，牆壁温度27度。最後説空調可能有問題終於給調了房間。整個房間的用品比如廁紙等標準不達五星。工作人員還是比較耐心細緻的， 尤其前台接待我們的姑娘非常耐心。圖片就是我們從住的江景房拍的外景。

之前在攜程上團了兩晚套餐，趕着過期前自己來雅安玩兩天。酒店就在雅安很熱鬧的商圈，很多有名的飯店都在周邊，而且到高鐵站和高速都很近，很方便。酒店是去年開業的，設備都很新，毛巾也是軟軟的，很舒服！

品牌酒店，整體裝修簡單大氣上檔次，服務理念和服務態度都好，大堂主動給我升級了江景房，房間寬敞隔音效果好，設施完善，配套齊全細心，配有兩個洗漱台，非常方便，早餐豐富，食材新鮮，是值得到雅安入住的酒店呢💕

這個酒店顛覆了我對希爾頓酒店的認知。我總以為像希爾頓這樣的酒店應該有自己的院子，自己的獨立大樓，自己的獨立停車場。可是這家希爾頓酒店就在一個商業區域的別的大樓上面，周邊環境亂糟糟。特別是停車場和其他商業停車在一起，臟亂差，再不會住這家酒店了，我附的第1張圖片就是從酒店窗户拍的景色，大家看看亂不亂。

房間環境簡潔舒適，比較寬敞，前台接待熱情，早餐品種豐富可口，不過房價也不算低，床品這季節被子配的太厚，枕頭也不是很舒服，洗護用品檔次不高，與房價不匹配。
