Good location. Parking is bright and safe. Breakfast is good. We got river view room. Hearing the sound of running water is so calming. The only down side is the water not running down properly in the tub. Pool is outdoor and open 9am-9pm.

Stayed one nite. Mexican restaurant next door overated Walkway by the river nice. Burger King next door was good. Breakfast was average. Out side pool and jacuzzi was cold.

The really nice breakfast was such a plus but all the people who worked there are so nice and helpful and the beds slept so good! It was just a great place to stay.

River view was beautiful, maid service supplied coffee and condiments on request without making up whole room. All were very accommodating. Breakfast supplied was very adequate, we were there during a tournament at the sun dome and several buses of teams were they the breakfast people kept up amazingly well. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I thought this hotel was great, considering the one next door is twice as much with the same location. My only complaints are the bed is on a sheet metal platform and makes a very loud noise when you hit it with your foot, which is quite often! Wood would be so much better. Also, the vinyl plank floors are nice but people walking on them above is very noisy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, lots of choices and the river view is beautiful and peaceful. Will be back!

Convenient for one night. Great view of river. Tv didn’t work right and shower ran hot and cold

close to the convention center, it was clean! no smells! overlooking a nice little river out back. the breakfast they served in the Am was really good! Lot's to choose from. Clean bathroom, No rugs/ hardwood floor !! which is Great. would stay here again. pet friendly too...

The property itself is a bit dated but the room interior was re-done and good. The breakfast looked good but I did not try it. Nice big room and appeared to have a lot of offerings. Nice view of the river. The evening staff was not overly friendly. The check-out staff seemed very nice. This is a very good value.

Breakfast ends way too early. Starts at 6 and ends at 9:00. Doesn’t work for late night travelers

It was adequate for my one night stay, but it is an older building and you can hear everything between the rooms and hallway. No noise insulation at all. The toilet reminds me of a toddler's training toilet; very small.

Older hotel and it shows. Could use renovations. The staff was nice and it is next to a small river (I would call it a large creek) that every room has a view of.

I like staying at this place because it sits on the river, has easy access to the freeway and it’s clean. You get free breakfast but if you show up a minute past 10am to get anything from the dining area the manager will bite your head off.

Wow! What a great room with a beautiful view of the river and a spacious room with great amenities! We will definitely use this hotel the next time we visit Yakima!

I’ve stayed here several times whenever I’m in the Yakima area visiting friends. Room is always very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room has no usb charge ports but that’s no big deal. Nice view of the river. Breakfast is just ok. Comfortable beds.
