Just back from 10 days at this brillient hotel. Right on the beach and couldn't ask for a better location. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food and drink good too and excellent value for money. Very clean and tidy with a great pool area

The best holidays ever we had. The weather was bad but we really enjoyed it. Nice food . Amazing snack bar staff specially Peter and Jounus. Amazing entertainment team-by Fati and Momo specially the fire show . We had a sea view room , it’s clean always. We definitely come back next year

We were there for 2 weeks and the sheets changed once and the towels twice. We were conned into buying WiFi for the room. Very poor food, cold and lack of choice. Salads good but avoid anything cooked. Friendly staff, alcohol drinks very poor, not worth having. TUI rep (Paris) not knowledgeable with the trips and poor description of them. Refused to give us a refund on one trip. There was also 8 other people who wanted a refund.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Brilliant location as is right on the beach. Very clean and tidy. Great range of food to choose from which was always changing so not repetitive. Close to town should you want to head out for food also. Reception team really helpful and we were always made to feel welcome. A special shout out to the daytime bar staff (in both the bar and snack area). Nothing ever too much trouble and always polite. Thanks very much for a great break.

rooms clean and tidy food has a good variety for everyone staff very friendly, hotel very clean entertainement good something for everyone also had dishes that were cooked by the chefs to order, Tui rep there everyday allways helpfull right on the beach

Amazing holiday , i was there with my family and we love it there. Nice staff and Nice greek people around . We spend thé best 7 days there . My girls love it there. We booked the villa for two day and it was Amazing there . Thanks for everyone there. We will Come back diffinetly

The rooms are clean and basic but comfortable. The pool and bar area are very clean. The food has been far better than expected and better than any other all inclusive we have stayed in. The quality of the food has been excelllent plenty of choice and fresh. The bar area serves food from 10am and there is plenty of choice. Lunch is the best meal with fresh meat, fish dishes, salads and pasta. plenty of variety. The hotel is on the seafront and has direct access to the sea. supermarket is accross the road selling souveneirs, meds, toiletries, towels and anything else you have forgotten.

The staff at this hotel are second to none, very helpful and will go out of their way to help you with anything. The waiters/waitresses work really hard to ensure plates/glasses are cleared and tables are ready for the next diners, however, there was a few ocassions where the waiting staff were clearly talking about guests obviously and laughing which really put me off. The food is mediocre at best, breakfast is identical every single day, lunch is almost always the same and the amount of pasta available is ridiculous! I appreciate that the hotel cannot provide completely different meals every day but some variety would've been nice! We went out to eat a few days because we were so sick of the food choices - I would highly recommend Bella Zante which is a 10 minute walk up the ***** and is absolutely delicious! The main pool was absolutely rammed with people, there were no sun beds and patio chairs available except in the evening so watching your kids in the pool is almost impossible. The hotel also reserves large tables in the evening by the bar for their 'regulars' which meant that seating for others was very difficult to find. Sometimes the regulars wouldn't even turn up yet their table with 15 chairs or so was still reserved which is ridiculous. I would recommend staying at the poseidon suites (which belongs to the hotel) but is across the road and through a passageway. The rooms are clean, tidy and it has a lovely smaller pool which hardly anyone uses so it almost feels like your own private pool. We were there for 7 days and never saw the 'afternoon coffee and cakes' that were supposed to be available. If you're a tea drinker too then the only times it's available is breakfast and there are no tea/coffee making facilities in room. We really enjoyed our stay in Zante however I would put this down more to the scenery rather than the hotel. Our shower also didn't have a door which was never mentioned by any member of staff and the cleaner was very short tempered and refused to let us in our room sometimes until she was finished cleaning which was a bit awkward. The cleaner also didn't clean any of the mirrors, sink or shower the whole time we were there which I found strange but she did provide us with clean sheets and towels daily which was great. I don't recommend using the Nemesis shop directly outside the hotel as it's massively overpriced at almost 10 Euros for an individual pot of ice cream or over 3 Euros for an ice lolly! Use the shop that's out of the front of the hotel then left past the excursion place then right and it's halfway down the road there which is less than half the price of the nemesis shop. I would highly recommend doing the 3 in 1 tours you can get anywhere as turtle island, keri caves and the harbour are absolutely beautiful. Overall I would give the hotel a barely 3 stars.

This hotel is highly recommended due to many aspects: - direct connection with the dedicated beach, which is the best beach in Zakhynthos, - sun beds of the hotel - at the beach and in the front of the hotel at the grass, - close location to Kalamaki Beach (next to the Laganas, we could go there on foot by beach), - if you don't like drinks in the hotel, you could visit super bar close to the hotel with the modern music and pay for the better ones, - the location of hotel near centre of Laganas, which is a city of entertainment - rooms with the balcony and view at the sea, - the diversified dishes/ delicious cakes, - kind and friendly staff - very flexible to your requests, - Greek evening, - Animators for children and adults, - swimming pool, - cleanliness at good level. For sure this hotel deserves for 3,5 strong stars. If you need the bigger rooms, the better drinks in the glass or hotel without children, you need to choose the hotel for Adults with 4-5 stars. For sure this hotel is family friendly hotel and his location is the best in Zakynthos and it is worth offered prices.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach food is fantastic, But the night entertainment is same every night kids disco with same tracks playing then no proper night for the adults oh and be on the ball up early and I mean early to get those sun beds a joke really good luck with this one

What a lovely holiday it was. I can’t explain how happy we were at Poseidon beach hotel. Hotel is just few minutes from the beach . The hotel always clean. All the staff are amazing and friendly. Amazing fire and Greek night show. The food was good and to many choices. We will definitely come back.

Loved the hotel itself , and location is perfect right on the beach. It’s a lovely beach where we seen turtles. Bad points the entertainment isn’t the best. We found the bar staff pretty miserable. You go other resorts and you can have a laugh with them. Finally the food is terrible if they polished this area up it would be perfect. My girlfriend was pregnant so we didn’t risk it after a couple of attempts. We ate at horizon on the beach which was the best food we had while on the island.

George Davey is a hater #MHM4LYFE. (This hotel has sh1t on the walls (it was max)) I wouldn’t stay in this hotel if you payed me because I value quality time with the mandem init. Get down to mojo for a good time and a good D1CKING

For me it's more than 3 stars . I really haven't seen nothing bad at this hotel. I was there with my husband for 6 nights. The hotel cleaner are amazing. The pool always clean . The staff really friendly. We will definitely come back if we have a chance to visit zakynthos again
