Other than the fact that the receptionist was polite and helpful, I would not stay at this hotel again. AC doesn’t work properly, WiFi only works at reception, toilet doesn’t flush, beds are awful, and so on.

Another disastrous choice with Kappa... Should I mention the air conditioning that doesn't work at 43°C, or the toilet and shower that's only big enough for one leg of an average-sized Turk, or the staff avoiding us like Tom and Jerry, or the hotel owner's dismissive attitude when I tried to complain over the phone, as if saying "What can I do, Kappa paid me 20 euros, you get what you pay for," or the fact that only 3 or 4 people fit in the elevator, or, to top it all off, the staff's dismissive attitude – like John Lennon has risen from the dead – when we pointed out there were no mini-fridges in the rooms... I don't even know where to begin. The best thing to say is, don't come here and don't do business with Kappa.

Very welcoming hotel. Various rooms for every need. Excellent breakfast. Impeccable staff. Helpful; friendly and BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommended!

My daughter stayed there on a school trip, and it was a terrible shame you can't give a zero rating!!! Inefficient service, terrible food, nightmare rooms with dusty air conditioners, falling lamps, bedside tables so badly placed they were almost on the bed that you could hit your head, inefficient bathrooms with broken toilet flushes that they had to be attached to the bathroom... Kids with dermatitis due to the poor hygiene of the rooms and stomach aches due to the terrible food. In short, a nightmare hotel!!!!

It simply needs to be shut down. Everything is horrible, stuck in the '80s. The food is impossible to swallow. The rooms are very dusty, not to mention the toilets with flushes that dribble everywhere. The breakfast isn't very good. No one at the reception at night. It needs to be reported.

Hi everyone, I went on a school trip and returned yesterday from a four day stay in this hotel. let's start from the room, nice but with a bathroom so small and badly arranged, that doing the bitet was impossible. overall the room was clean, but the pillows were really uncomfortable and thin; also the wardrobe didn't close. we didn't interact much with the staff, but on April 18th (it was very cold in Montecatini) we were all locked out, because the owner, I presume, had locked the main door of the hotel. we waited 30 minutes and the man who finally opened the door didn't even apologize. the meals are terrible, really bad (I attach photos of a second course that they brought us for dinner). often the meat was not cooked, but rather raw and the pasta without salt and too al dente. the waitresses served everything with badly tied and often dirty hair. Hair was found in a plate of pasta. I don't recommend it to anyone and I would definitely never go back.

We stayed with the football team my son is part of, the structure itself is good overall, we are still talking about a 3 star, certainly in need of improvement and modernization in the structure. The staff is welcoming and available to accommodate any requests, partly family-run management, they make you feel at home. Mrs. Vanessa and Mr. Endrio are always available and courteous. Soggiorno positivo, cibo e pulizia nella norma, i proprietari sono molto disponibili, gentili e accoglienti. Ho soggiornato con i miei studenti e per il cibo non si sono lamentati.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e buona posizione per visitare i luoghi limitrofi.
