Other than the fact that the receptionist was polite and helpful, I would not stay at this hotel again. AC doesn’t work properly, WiFi only works at reception, toilet doesn’t flush, beds are awful, and so on.

Only good thing about this hotel were A/C, it was working fine and they did not charged extra fee for it. Doubble bed matresses was split and not conected, matresses are worn out for years, we were sleeping on matress wires. Room was very badly maintained and dirty, stains on mirrors are hard to capture, but they where so dirty I managed to do it and you can take a look yourself. Towels where smelly in first day, but where fine after replacement. The shower was very low qualitty and very small. The breakfast the same you can see in photos. Hotel staff did not allowed anyone to use coffe machine or juice dispenser, they always took the glass out of anyones hands and used the juice dispenser themselves, touching the glass with their hands. The man who is also hotel receptionist always stayed near eating room enterance or near coffe machine and stared at guests, felt like he is counting how much you eat, made breakfasting very uncomfortable for anyone. Greetings for the receptionist, because the hotel is responding to each review to make them look better in tripadvisor than they actually are. But the problems in this hotel aren’t small things which can be resolved with simply asking, the hotel is simply terible and worn out.

Hi everyone, I went on a school trip and returned yesterday from a four day stay in this hotel. let's start from the room, nice but with a bathroom so small and badly arranged, that doing the bitet was impossible. overall the room was clean, but the pillows were really uncomfortable and thin; also the wardrobe didn't close. we didn't interact much with the staff, but on April 18th (it was very cold in Montecatini) we were all locked out, because the owner, I presume, had locked the main door of the hotel. we waited 30 minutes and the man who finally opened the door didn't even apologize. the meals are terrible, really bad (I attach photos of a second course that they brought us for dinner). often the meat was not cooked, but rather raw and the pasta without salt and too al dente. the waitresses served everything with badly tied and often dirty hair. Hair was found in a plate of pasta. I don't recommend it to anyone and I would definitely never go back.

We stayed with the football team my son is part of, the structure itself is good overall, we are still talking about a 3 star, certainly in need of improvement and modernization in the structure. The staff is welcoming and available to accommodate any requests, partly family-run management, they make you feel at home. Mrs. Vanessa and Mr. Endrio are always available and courteous. Terrible food (we had dinner two nights), decent breakfast after not having eaten anything for the two nights we stayed overnight. Sufficient hygiene. Uncomfortable beds and low, thin pillows. Narrow room (double) especially the bathroom. Welcoming staff but the structure (especially the food) almost entirely needs improvement.

We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for 4 nights due to a school trip, the hotel itself wasn't too bad but what brought my review to 2 were the rooms which were small to say the least and the bathrooms in the rooms were really cramped. Good breakfast, decent lunch and dinner. Average cleanliness.

The cleaning is terrible, all the sheets are dirty and the cleaning ladies don't do their job, plus they touched things that aren't theirs. As soon as we arrived we found a broken shelf and yet they gave us the room, regretting that we had broken it and we had to pay. I don't recommend it in the slightest.

Nice hotel, spacious room and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and strategic location 2 minutes walk from the center. Upon request, parking is included in the rate. Excellent value for money. For a stopover in Montecatini I recommend it

We stayed for three nights, excellent availability of the owners, very good service and breakfast .... we will return !! ....Unfortunately we have noticed that Montecatini is a bit neglected, many businesses are closed, we hope it can be reborn as it used to be....it was a pearl,....come on!!
