_TT***21What a horrible place! Very rude stuff, we just asked a chair to put our bags, immediately came an old lady (maybe a manager of this place) which began to shout like a crazy one. I asked her politely not to shout so loudly as we are clients and it is not our fault that because of bad organization there is no place to hang/put our bags. She reacted very rudely and said that if we do not like her shouting, then it is better for us to leave this place. I have never met such disrespect for clients, bad manners and unprofessionalism. I hope that the owners of this place will fire this staff suffering from psychological problems, as this could be dangerous for the customers. Let's ban places where customers are not respected!Chez Bolas Bug
