Lovely spot by the water. The Cullen skink was really good, and they were great about my dietary request. Just found the chairs a bit hard after a while, but the coffee and cake hit the spot.

The Caesar salad from their winter menu was a lovely, light lunch. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made for a relaxing meal.

Coffee was lovely, staff were friendly. Just a cozy spot for a decent cup. Had a flat white, smooth and not bitter. Sat by the window watching the street for a bit. Nice little find.

Plenty of vegan choices here, which is nice. Got the plant-based burger, came out quick. Good flavour, not bland at all. Perfect for a fast lunch.

Been coming here for years for a proper breakfast. The warm black pudding and bacon salad is spot on, just how I like it. Scones are homemade and massive, can't finish one in a sitting. Prices are fair for what you get.

Friendly staff, and they had treats for my dog which was a nice touch. He seemed pretty happy with them. Good spot if you're out with your pet.

Friendly welcome when we arrived. The chicken and rice soup was a solid choice on a chilly day. Sandwich was fine, brown bread cut thick. Everything felt homemade and comforting.

Been coming here for years, always get the same breakfast. Simple, good, never lets you down. Just a solid local spot.

The wifi is solid here, perfect for catching up with a friend over coffee. We spent a good couple of hours just chatting and working a bit. The cakes in the display are seriously tempting, had to resist!

The chai latte was spot on. The milk foam had that perfect, silky texture I always look for. Just the right place to unwind with a hot drink. Staff were really friendly too.

Lovely little spot tucked away from the main road. The quiet, simple vibe was just what I needed. Sat by the window with a flat white for a good hour.

A lovely spot for a proper sit-down meal, not just grabbing and going. The traditional, cosy feel is just right. The booths are especially comfortable, which makes a real difference when you want to relax over your coffee. A very pleasant little cafe.

Table service is a nice touch for the price. Makes it feel a bit more special than the usual cafe.

Lovely spot for a lazy Sunday catch-up. We grabbed a table in the garden and it was just perfect with the sun out. The menu had loads of interesting options, which made choosing tricky in the best way!

The stew was the star, rich and deeply flavoured. The garlic mash underneath had just the right amount of garlic, not overpowering. It all came together really well. The coffee afterwards was a good, strong cup, which was exactly what I wanted.

My go-to in Shawlands. The food's always spot on, and their coffee pairs perfectly with the hearty breakfast.

Solid spot for a quick coffee break. The iced banana bread matcha is a winner, really hits the spot. Espresso menu changes often, which is cool. Staff know their stuff and are quick. Good for a fast caffeine fix.

Decent lunch spot with good coffee. Prices are fair, and they serve beer and wine too.

The full breakfast is the thing. The eggs are cooked just right, the bacon is crisp, and the black pudding has a good flavour. The beans are a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's a solid plate of food.

Nice spot for coffee and cake in Troon. Sat outside in the sunshine, which was lovely. The coffee was pretty good and the staff were pleasant. A decent place to stop by.

Been coming here for years. It's the quiet, relaxed vibe that keeps me coming back. Just a nice spot to unwind after a long week. The food is consistently good, and the staff are always pleasant.

Lovely little cafe. The seats are comfy, which is a nice touch.

Nice spot. They've got books and games to borrow, and even dog treats. Really feels like a neighbourhood place. Just stopped in for a coffee and ended up staying a while.

Popped in after a stroll through Pollok Park. The location is spot on. Had a lovely glass of Rioja with the haggis bites, a surprisingly good match. My dog was made very welcome, which is always a plus.

Loved the vegan cakes here! The chocolate one was so rich and moist, and the staff were really sweet about letting me try a couple of slices before I decided. A really nice, cozy spot to spend an afternoon.

Popped in for a coffee, stayed for the potato dish with eggs and homemade ketchup. It was very, very nice. The music was just right, not too loud. The couple running the place have such a gentle way about them.

The cakes were lovely, and I appreciated the vegan and gluten-free choices. The tea was a nice complement. I noticed the ingredients seemed fresh, which is important to me. A pleasant spot for a light treat.

Stumbled upon this old-school ice cream parlour. The single scoop was good value and tasted spot on. A solid, no-fuss stop.

I got the brunch bagel with poached egg, chili, and avocado. It was so tasty I finished it before even thinking of a photo! The portion was decent for the price, felt like a proper meal.
