Tried the horse meat dish here — properly cooked, tender, not gamey at all. Place has a nice vibe, both inside and outside seating. Paid around what I'd expect for the quality. Solid spot if you're after real Kazakh food.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a pint. The burger was solid, decent size for the price. Honestly came for the beer selection, which is pretty good. The kidneys were a surprise, not something I usually order but they did it right. Portion was fair for what you pay. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening, but that's on me for staying that long.

Came for the horse steak, stayed for the whole plate. Cooked rare, super tender, zero gamey flavor. Honestly didn’t expect it to be that good. Staff took a minute to explain the cuts, which helped. Place was a bit quiet for a Friday night, but whatever. Solid stop if you’re curious about local food.

The garden seating is so pretty, perfect for hanging out with friends. We got the plov and it was rich and tasty, though a bit heavy on the oil. Prices felt fair for the portions.

We had our wedding reception here and honestly, the staff handled everything without a hitch. Food was solid and the price felt right for what you get. Been back a few times since, still good.

Been coming here for a while now. Biryani’s still solid, one of the better ones in town. Just wish they’d serve thali earlier in the afternoon.

The interior lighting made everything feel warmer than expected. Borscht was solid, that modern twist on the pelmeni worked well.

The horse ribeye was a solid choice—tender and flavorful. Mr. Sabir checked on us just enough without hovering. Prices are steep for Almaty, but the seating was comfortable and we never felt rushed.

The interior is bright and stylish, and the horse meat lasagna was a unique twist I really enjoyed. French toast leaned sweet for me, but the staff made sure everything was on point.

Came here with a couple of friends last week and honestly the beer list is massive. We tried a few drafts and they were all pretty solid. One thing though, some stuff on the menu wasn’t available which was a bit annoying. Still, good spot if you’re into trying different brews. 🍺

Came here for cocktails and honestly the presentation was the highlight — one drink arrived in this little glass bird thing, kinda unexpected. Outdoor high tables were nice, DJ kept the energy up. Only thing is the food portions are more like snacks, so don't come starving. Service got a bit slow when it filled up, but I'd still go back for another round.

Stopped by for a quick bite — the pizza was genuinely good, crispy edges and fresh toppings. Place was clean, which I always notice. Staff were young and seemed to actually enjoy being there. Price felt fair for what you get. Maybe not a destination spot, but solid if you're in the area.

Came here for a business dinner, ordered soup, salad, meat, and dessert—everything was solid. The room was quiet enough to actually talk, which I appreciated. Service was on point, not hovering. I had a glass of red with the meat course, worked well. Only small thing: dessert took a bit to come out. Still, a good spot for a low-key evening.

The kids’ play area saved the visit for me. Food was decent, staff friendly enough. Service was a bit slow but nothing crazy. If you’ve got small kids, it’s a practical choice. I’d come back mainly for that, not the food.

Cozy spot, loved the vibe. Staff actually walked me through how to eat the dishes properly, which I needed. Food was solid, nothing crazy but tasty.

Stopped here after a week of plov and lagman, needed something different. They bring out free banchan which I didn't expect. Got the seafood soup, it was pretty salty but I liked the broth anyway. Place looks fancier inside than the outside suggests. Fine if you want a Korean fix in Almaty.

Been coming here for a while now. The sunset view over Almaty still gets me every time. Service was a bit slow today, but that view makes up for it.

The pizza here is made fresh and the crust comes out properly crispy. Dough's light, crunchy—you can tell they put effort into it. Price is a bit high though. I mean, it's good, but I kept thinking about what else I could get for that money. Tasted great, just not sure I'd make it a regular thing.

The interior’s got this dark, kinda gothic thing going on—not what I expected. Beer list was solid, plenty to pick from. Felt more like a grown-up spot, which I appreciated. Just a chill place to hang, nothing too fancy.

Came here for breakfast with friends, grabbed a table outside. Coffee was solid and the shakshuka tasted great, just wish the portion was a bit bigger 😅

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed a glass of red to go with the Kazakh pizza. Worked better than I expected — the crust held up nicely. Plov was solid too, though I wish they’d given a bigger portion. Place wasn’t too loud for a weekday, so I could actually enjoy the meal.

Stopped by for a beer and ended up staying longer than planned. They’ve got a huge selection—over 100 bottles plus 25 taps, which is pretty wild. Had a steak and it was solid, nothing fancy but cooked right. Burger looked good too, saw it at the next table. Prices felt fair for what you get. Place gets a bit loud later, but that’s on me for staying.

The outdoor patio is where it’s at—great for a sunny afternoon. Bruschetta was solid, and a glass of red matched it nicely. Pepperoni pizza was just okay though. Service kept things easy.

Horse steak here is legit. Cooked right, tender, not gamey like you'd expect. Live music in the background gave it some European feel. Place was packed on a Friday. Solid choice if you're into meat.

Came for the grilled mutton and it was properly done—tender, juicy, not over-seasoned. Moroccan tea on the side worked well. Only thing is the place gets busy fast, so it gets a bit loud and rushed. Still, the food made up for it.

The butter chicken was proper, creamy and rich the way it should be. Cheese naan came out hot and fresh. Price felt fair for what you get. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing that bugged me was the staff checking their phones a bit too much. Still, food did the talking. I'd go back for that butter chicken alone.
