The scallops and langoustines were incredible. I&rsquo;ve never had them so fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were lovely and really made us feel welcome.

No reservation needed on a Wednesday, got a table straight away. The steak pie was the highlight of our trip. My friends were raving about the sticky toffee pudding, said it was the best they&#39;d ever tasted.

The seafood cocktail was lovely. A family-run spot in a nice part of town.

The daily special was langoustines in garlic butter. The shellfish were sweet and perfectly cooked, the garlic butter was rich but not heavy. Good for a lighter meal. The baguette was essential for soaking up all that sauce.

A local friend suggested this place and I&#39;m glad I listened. The grilled octopus was spot on, tender with a nice char. Staff were friendly without being overbearing. Solid meal.

The sweet potato and chickpea burger was the standout. The patty had a nice crisp edge and a soft, flavourful centre. The mac and cheese was decent, creamy and rich, but the burger was the real reason I&#39;d go back.

The chickpea curry was the star for me. So flavourful, and the rice was cooked just right. Perfect for a quick, tasty meal while exploring.

The seafood spaghetti really stood out. You could taste the freshness in every bite, the seafood was perfectly cooked. The rigatoni Norma was also lovely, simple but full of flavour. A really nice, balanced meal.

The hot smoked salmon sandwich was a real winner. The special fries were also excellent. Perfect spot for a casual catch-up with friends, and the prices are really reasonable.

Love the vibe here. They&rsquo;ve really nailed the design, all the little details make it feel so considered. The place gets packed out fast though, so definitely book ahead.
