Solid spot for a business lunch or dinner with friends. The daily menu is solid, and the cordon bleu and Wiener schnitzel are both pretty good. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Prices are fair for the area. Just wish they had a bit more variety on the daily menu.

The terrace is lovely on a warm evening. I had the veal with mushrooms, sauce was rich but not too heavy. Portion generous for the price, honestly didn't expect that in Dietikon. Service was a bit slow but the vibe made up for it. Solid spot if you're nearby and hungry.

The terrace view here is honestly the whole reason I came — right on the water, watching the boats and people strolling by. We grabbed a bottle of wine and just sat there for a good hour. Nothing fancy, but the setting does all the work. Service was fine, though we did have to wave someone down for the bill.

The homemade pasta was solid, really fresh. Place gets packed at night though, kinda hard to get a seat. Pizza looked good too but I only tried the tagliatelle.

The homemade pasta was the highlight—so fresh and perfectly cooked. Staff were friendly and didn’t mind my extra requests. Would come back just for that dish.

Solid schnitzel and the service was on point. They even brought a little spaetzle for my colleague to try, which was a nice touch. Would've loved a better wine list to go with it, though.

Food was solid, nicely plated. Staff kept trying to upsell though, a bit annoying. Place is small, no music, felt a little awkward.

The garden terrace really is the spot when the weather cooperates—plenty of room and you can actually hear yourself think. Service lagged a bit on a busy Saturday, though the staff stayed cheerful about it. I had the spring rolls, which were solid but honestly a touch small for what they charge. A crisp white would've paired nicely with them, but their wine list is decent enough. I'd come back for the terrace alone.

Stopped by on a warm evening and grabbed a table on the terrace. Wine list is seriously impressive for such a small spot near the airport. Food was creative, plating looked great. Just wish the service had been a bit quicker, we waited a while between courses. Still, solid choice if you're in the area.

The pizza here has that proper chewy crust, not the flimsy kind. I had the artichoke and mushroom one, really good. The porcini risotto looked a bit plain but the mushroom taste came through fresh. Gets pretty loud when it fills up, but that's about the only downside. Solid spot for a casual meal.

The trout was fresh and well-seasoned, potatoes and salad on the side were tasty. Pricey, but fair for the quality.

Service was the highlight. Manager came by twice, made sure everything was on point without hovering. Staff knew the menu well, quick with refills. Not the cheapest spot in town, but for that level of attention, it's fair. Solid choice if you're nearby and want a hassle-free meal.

No. 1 of Bars in Zurich

Been coming here for a while now. The student discount keeps me coming back, honestly. Coffee's still just okay, but the bar area looks way better than the rest of the place.

Truffle steak was solid. Real Italian taste, not the usual Swiss stuff. Place was packed at lunch but still got my food fast. Service didn't mess around. Good spot if you need a quick bite and don't wanna wait forever.

The masala dosa was properly crispy, came with three veg curries and chutney. Solid lunch, filling without being heavy. Only thing—the seating felt a bit cramped near the window, but the food made up for it.

The mezze platter was solid but the chicken really stole the show—juicy and well-spiced. I sat near the window and the place felt properly cozy, not the fake-instagram kind. Chairs were comfortable enough to linger over coffee after. Service was friendly without hovering. Only thing is it got a bit warm when it filled up, but I'd still come back for that chicken.

The view over Zurich really steals the show here. I had the rösti and it was solid, nothing fancy but comforting. Service was fine, not super attentive, but I didn't mind since I was just soaking in the scenery. Good spot if you're not in a rush and want a chill afternoon.

The buffalo wings were spot on—good heat, nice crunch. Baked potato was the real deal, fluffy inside, not dry. Cozy spot, felt like a proper neighborhood place. Maybe a bit slow on the refills, but I wasn't in a hurry. Would come back for those wings again. 🍗

Stopped by for a quick dinner — Alex behind the bar was super friendly. Wine list had some good picks, matched well with what we ordered. Place gets busy but that’s part of the vibe.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the grilled chicken salad. Greens were actually crisp, not sad and wilted like most places. Dressing on the side, which I appreciate. Outdoor seating was nice, not too noisy. Price was okay for the portion. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Decent Italian place near the old town. Had the tagliatelle and a margherita pizza. Pasta was properly al dente, pizza crust had good char. Service was quick, no fuss. Tables are a bit tight though, you can hear the next conversation. Fine if you're in and out for a business lunch.

Stopped by on a weekday afternoon. Quiet enough to get some work done upstairs. Coffee was solid, cocktails looked decent too. They have board games if you're into that. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Good spot if you need a low-key place to sit for a while.

Loved the fresh ingredients here — the salad tasted like it was just picked. Music was cool, staff friendly. A bit loud for my taste, but fine for a casual bite. I'd come back for the greens.

Been here a few times and the veggie options are solid. Prices feel fair for the portions. Wish they'd label the vegan dishes a bit clearer, but the fresh ingredients make up for it.

The dosa was solid—crispy enough, came with good chutneys. But the mango lassi? Tasted like straight canned pulp. Kind of a letdown since I was craving something fresh. Would come back for the food, just skip the drinks next time.

Stopped by this place near the station—decent vibe, kinda quirky decor. Staff were friendly enough. Had a drink, nothing crazy but it did the job. Probably fine if you're in the area and need a quick break. Not sure I'd go out of my way for it though.

Been coming here for a while now. The rotating bar still gets me every time, even after multiple visits. Staff’s always been helpful, no complaints there. It does get loud and a bit cold in winter, but for a casual drink, it’s fine. Just wish they’d turn the heat up a notch.

Cozy little place, easy to get to. Staff were friendly and the menu had enough options. Had a decent lunch there, nothing fancy but solid.
