No ambience. Doesn&#39;t seem like a restaurant but just a room (or rooms) in which food is served. Decoration 1950&#39;s. A walk to the bathroom shows a hallway in utter chaos.

The tasting menu is a must-try! Each course is a unique flavor experience, and the service is extremely kind and knowledgeable, making it a memorable dining journey.

Amazing restaurant in the heart of Bolzano. Tasty typical Italian food and kind person. Also there is business lunch what was very nice.
