Been coming here for years now. The lamb curry is always spot on, never had a bad one. It&#39;s just a solid, reliable place when you fancy a curry in Eastbourne.

Found it online, easy to spot. The Halo Egg with halloumi and avocado was spot on. Pancakes in the Lumberjack breakfast were fresh and soft. Smoothie was properly thick. Toilets were clean, which is always a plus. Staff were polite.

My friend and I had just completed a 10 mile walk in 3 hours so it was great to receive a warm welcome on entering and the offer of pre- lunch drinks which were quickly produced.  We were well looked after throughout our lunch by Steph who was polite, friendly and efficient.  The food itself was very good (we both had the Sea Bass in a Pea and Pancetta veloute).  First time visit but certainly not the last.

Ted was a great server, attentive without being intrusive. The steak was cooked exactly as requested, and the wine pairing suggestion was spot on. A solid choice for a business dinner in this area.
