Popped in for a coffee and ended up staying a while. It's got that nice, busy hum without feeling crowded. Staff were quick with a smile and kept my cup topped up. Just a solid, cosy spot.

Love that they use veggies you don't see everywhere. Makes the whole meal more interesting to share with friends.

Popped in for a weekend breakfast. The open kitchen downstairs is a lovely touch - you can see everything being prepped, which feels really fresh. The rustic-modern vibe is spot on for a relaxed morning.

The new garden area is a real upgrade. It's fully covered and heated, so you can sit out there comfortably even on a cooler evening. They've got some decent student deals on drinks and food too.

Prices are decent here. I got a couple of their salads and mezes - the portions were generous for what you pay. Pastries are tasty too. It's a good spot if you're watching your budget but still want a proper meal.

Cosy spot with a great relaxed vibe. Perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch with mates. We grabbed a table outside in the sun and it was just lovely. The outdoor seating really makes it.

Even on a busy Friday, they moved the queue along quickly. The service was prompt, which was a relief. I appreciated the contactless payment option - made settling the bill for my wine and the small plates a breeze.

Been coming here for years, food's usually spot on. But last week the roast chicken was a bit dry and bland. They sorted it out quick, no fuss.

The ramen broth really stood out, it had that deep, authentic flavour you get in Japan. The noodles were just right too. A very solid choice for ramen.

Been coming here for years, and the shisha is always spot on. That grape and mint mix after a meal just hits right. It's the one thing I know I can count on every time.

A decent spot for brunch. The coffee's pretty good and the outdoor area has a nice rustic feel, even if the chairs are a bit worn.

The student deal is a lifesaver! Got a free upgrade to a large on a Tuesday. Perfect for when you're catching up with friends and trying to stretch the budget. Made our little midweek dinner feel like a proper treat.

The fish was excellent, really fresh and flaky. The chips could've been a bit crispier for my liking, but the portion size was generous.

Branston pickle croquettes were spot on. The crab tostadas from the specials board too. Pie and pint deal on Mondays. Solid pub grub.

Busy quiz night. Bar staff were really on it though. Drinks came quick, orders taken fast. Impressive for a packed house.

Family lunch here again. The kids' activity sheets and crayons are a lifesaver. Food came out nice and hot, which doesn't always happen with little ones around. 👍

We had our wedding reception here and the staff were so attentive. They really made it feel like our own little party.

The kids' platter was just sandwiches and chips, but they were decent. The chips were crispy and not greasy at all. The sandwiches were simple, ham and cheese, but the bread was fresh. It did the job for a hungry group.

The superfood salad was surprisingly good - fresh, full of flavour and not boring at all. They were helpful checking for allergies.
