Got seated super fast, which was a lifesaver as we were on a tight schedule. The food came out piping hot and tasted great. The staff were really sweet about it all. Perfect for a quick catch-up with friends!

Harvey's ales are the star here. The cask ale was so fresh, just perfect. You can even grab some bottles from the shop across the road to take home. A proper pint. 🍺

The toasted cheese & chutney ciabatta was spot on for a light lunch. Saw some massive burgers go by that looked incredible too.

Came for a riverside breakfast and the view of the shopping street was lovely. The eggs were perfectly runny and the coffee was strong. A bit of a wait for a table, but worth it for the morning light.

The portions here are pretty generous, and everything tasted fresh. It's a reliable spot for a decent meal. The service was a bit slow, but nothing major.

Fantastic piping hot fresh fish and chips served by Sophie our waitress she is such a great asset to an already fantastic restaurant . All the Gold stars from me .

Been coming here for years. The festive roast is always spot on, and that apple crumble... just hits the same every time. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The cocktails are really well made. Bar staff were patient even when it was packed.

Solid pub lunch. Fish and chips were well cooked, portion was decent. Service was efficient, didn't have to wait long. Good spot for a quick, reliable meal near the office. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

The atmosphere is so cozy and warm, perfect for a relaxed evening. They accommodated our large group without a reservation, which was nice.

Lovely little garden out back. Grabbed a pint after a walk, sat there for ages. Staff were sound, didn't hurry us along even though it was getting late.

The staff are so nice here. They remembered my usual drink order from last time I came in. That kind of attention is really nice, makes you feel looked after.

Helen the chef really knows her stuff. I was impressed by the variety of vegan and veggie dishes. Tried the mushroom tapas on a Saturday night with one of their gin cocktails. It's not cheap, but you can taste the quality.

Got the charcoal-grilled wings delivered. That smoky, Turkish flavour is spot on. Portions are a little small for the price, but the taste is just right. Would get them again.

Lovely little spot for a homemade ice cream. Sat outside with a coffee, which was nice and relaxing. Later tried their strawberry milkshake - really good. The banoffee pie was a treat. Staff were very friendly, and I appreciated how clean everything was.

The pinsa was so fresh, with a light, airy crust that made it a nice change from pizza. I went for the alcohol-free Pimm's too, which was surprisingly refreshing. Just a lovely, casual spot for a bite.

The burgers are consistently decent, and the fries are nice and crisp. I'm particularly fond of the coleslaw, it's seriously tasty. A solid spot for a reliable meal.

A handy spot for a pre-theatre dinner. It was pretty busy but had a decent atmosphere. The pasta I had was fine, though the portion felt a bit small. Would return.

The brill special was spot on. Really fresh, cooked just right. Sticky toffee pudding hit the spot too. Good tunes in the background, made for a relaxed evening.

Always a treat to come back. Those chips are honestly the best—crispy outside, fluffy inside. Just a note, they switch to the daily menu in summer, so no Sunday roast then.

Grabbed takeaway from here, super convenient spot. The parking situation is a bit of a nightmare though, had to circle the block twice. Food was ready on time and still hot when I got home.

Been coming here for breakfast a few times a week. The staff are always so friendly and polite, and I really appreciate the table service.

The cookie dough and toffee fudge ice cream were spot on. Really liked the vibe in here, it's a nice spot to just sit and enjoy a scoop. The space feels relaxed and the lighting is soft.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Made it feel like a chill spot to hang out. Food took a bit long, but they were apologetic about it.

Been coming here for years, and the real ales are always spot on. Properly kept, never a bad pint. That’s why I keep coming back. The rest is good, but it’s the ale that’s reliable.

The full English breakfast was solid, really liked the local sausages. Just a heads up, it's not included with the room, which was a bit of a surprise. The dining area itself is lovely though, bright and airy.
