The bouillabaisse was genuinely good—rich, flavorful, probably the best I’ve had in a while. The place itself is comfortable too, nice lighting, not too cramped. Staff were friendly without hovering. Only thing is it’s a bit on the pricier side, but for the quality, I get it. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Got the pasta — looked great on the plate, tasted solid. Wine list is decent too. Place is cozy but it got pretty loud once more people came in. Fine for a bite if you're in a hurry.

Reasonable prices and the food was decent. Service felt genuinely friendly, not forced. Solid enough for a casual bite.

Fair prices for what you get, especially the portion sizes. Solid choice if you're eating by the sea.

The chef came by our table to chat and honestly that made the whole night. Felt like hanging out at a friend's place who just happens to cook insanely well 😄

Came here for a sundowner last week. Beer selection is solid and you can’t beat the view right on the beach. Prices are fair for the location, not touristy crazy. Just wish they had a few more seats, we had to stand for a bit. Still, decent spot to wind down.

The stracciatella ice cream here is really good—you can tell it’s homemade. I sat on the terrace by the fountain and it was a nice, quiet spot to just relax for a bit. Service was friendly enough, though not super fast. But honestly, the ice cream made up for it.

Lovely beach spot with clean sand and nice views. Food was tasty, service friendly. Got a bit busy though.

Came here for dinner after a day at the beach. The BBQ platter had a nice mix of meats, and the salads felt fresh, not like they'd been sitting out. Portion was decent for the price. Parking was easy, which is always a plus around here. Just wish the service was a bit quicker, but overall a solid spot.

Great concept with lovely staff, food was really good and innovative, plus great wine pairings. Would like the portions to be a bit larger as it left us hungry

Nice little wine bar with a solid natural wine list. Staff actually knew their stuff and pointed me to a great orange wine. Cheese plate was decent, went well with the pours.

Loved the hazelnut milk in my coffee — that homemade touch really stands out. Place looks nice too, all light wood and white tiles. Slightly pricey but I get why.

The built-in cutlery drawers at each table are such a clever touch. Food was solid, staff friendly. Cozy spot with a Scandinavian vibe, though nothing mind-blowing.

Sushi was fresh and the presentation looked really nice. Quiet spot in Ghent, felt a bit hidden. Service was friendly, not hovering.

The steak with peppercorn sauce was spot on, and that Ghent stew really hit the spot. Finished with the raspberry biscoff thing—so good. Owner came by to check on us, which was a nice touch. 😊

Had dinner here on a friend's tip. Cozy room, food was solid. Service kept it easy. Maybe not mind-blowing, but a good night out.

The pho here hit the spot — broth was rich and the noodles had a good bite. Portion size felt right for the price, honestly. Staff were polite, kept it simple. Place is basic but clean, nothing fancy. Fine if you just want a quick, warm bowl without overthinking it.

Stopped by for a quick dinner near the river. Pasta was solid, creamy and well-seasoned. Staff were friendly enough, didn’t have to wait long for a table. Place is small but cozy. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area again.

This restaurant is conveniently located within the Marriott hotel, making it a practical choice for guests. The food is satisfactory, but the portion sizes could be better aligned with the prices.

The entrecôte still hits the spot every time. Price is fair for what you get. Outdoor heaters made it comfortable even when it got chilly.

The owner’s hospitality was the highlight—he actually came by our table at the end to see if everything was alright. Portions were generous, and the flavors had that home-cooked depth you don’t always find. I paired the stew with a glass of their house red, which worked nicely. Place gets busy, so expect a bit of a wait.

The double cheese egg burger still hits the spot. Messy as hell, but that’s part of the charm. Not your typical bun, more like a toasted slab of bread. Place hasn’t changed in years, which I actually love. Just wish they’d wipe the tables a bit more often. Still, it’s a proper Ghent classic.

Stopped by for the ribs and Flemish stew—solid comfort food. The takeaway worked well for a quiet night in. Pair it with a decent Belgian beer, you’re set.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Wood-fired pizza was solid, crispy crust, toppings tasted fresh. Tried the truffle pasta too, pretty good. Service was quick, didn’t have to wait long. They gave a little limoncello at the end, nice touch. Fine spot if you need something fast and decent.

The €42 three-course menu felt like a fair deal. Food was simple, fresh, and tasty. Quiet enough to actually talk. Nothing fancy, but I left satisfied.

We ended up coming here twice in one trip. Second time we just walked in, no reservation, and they found us a table on the terrace anyway. That was nice. The food was solid both times, and the staff actually seemed happy to see us. Not the kind of place you need to plan around, just show up and it works.

Friendly staff, even when my Dutch wasn't great. Solid spot for a quick coffee and a snack. The seating was a bit cramped though.

Stopped by for a beer and ended up staying longer than planned. The bottle list is massive — proper Belgian stuff, not the usual tourist picks. Food was decent too; I had the stoemp and it was well done. Staff knew what they were talking about when I asked for a pairing. Only downside: it got a bit busy later, so service slowed down. Fine for a casual evening though.

Classic dishes done right, but the crème brûlée’s sugar crust was a letdown. Still a solid pick for a catch-up. 😊

Dropped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the discovery menu. Chef knows what they're doing with fresh stuff, plates came out fast. Staff actually explained each dish without making it weird. Place has a chill vibe, not too loud. Bill was a bit steep for lunch, but you pay for the quality. Solid spot if you're nearby and want something decent.
