The pistachio croissant here was a real find. That cream filling was so smooth, and the flaky pastry had just the right crunch. The staff were really nice about explaining the menu, too.

Palìs is a gem not far from the highway exit and from the coast of Pesaro. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is simply outstanding, with each dish expertly crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you're craving classic favorites or adventurous new flavors, Palìs has something to delight every palate. And to top it off, the restaurant itself is a sight to behold, boasting a charming ambiance that enhances the overall dining experience. A must-visit destination for food enthusiasts and ambiance seekers alike.

The pizza here is exceptional, with a light and crunchy crust that makes it one of the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend trying their sweet pizza as well, topped with caramel and cream.

The mini sandwiches and tramezzini are the main draw. The mortadella one had a nice, creamy pistachio spread. The bread on the tuna was a bit too soft for my taste, but the filling was fresh.

Solid spot for an aperitif by the water. The gin selection is decent, and I always go for the Weihenstephan beer. A bit pricey for what it is, but you're paying for the view.

The owner's art pieces on the walls give the place a unique vibe. Had a glass of their house red with the pasta—it was a surprisingly good pairing. Felt like a personal touch you don't see everywhere.

A decent spot for a quick coffee and a pastry. The service was friendly, and the coffee was pretty good. The croissant was fine, if a bit on the small side. It's a reliable place when you're in the area.
