The LA BLTA on marbled rye is fantastic. The bread is fresh and not dry at all. The atmosphere is light and open with plenty of seating.

Love the old-school pub feel in this historic building. Had the fish and chips - the batter was crispy and the fish inside was really moist. Perfect spot across from the Capitol to grab a pint after walking around all day.

Love this old-school Italian spot. Their deep dish pizza is the real deal - thick, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. The bar is cozy and wine prices are fair. A solid neighborhood choice.

Stopped by for lunch. The menu's huge, lots of traditional stuff. Got the carne asada tacos - came out super hot and fresh. Service was quick, no fuss. Good spot.

My partner ordered the Hawaiian fried rice. The pineapple was sweet and fresh, and the chicken tasted like it was just cooked. You could really tell the ingredients were high quality. That balance of sweet and savory was just right.

The vegetarian chili in a sourdough bread bowl is the thing to get. The chili itself has a deep, smoky flavor, and the bread soaks it all up perfectly. That's a solid lunch right there.

Been coming here for years, and the food is always just as good as I remember. The dining room has this cozy, lived-in feel that makes it easy to relax. You can tell they've had plenty of time to get things right.

The homemade muffins are the star here. Fresh and moist, way better than the usual coffee shop stuff.

A cute spot for brunch with friends! The biscuits and gravy were the star—the gravy had a unique, peppery kick. Fresh OJ was a nice bonus. The space is clean and the servers were sweet. Just a bit tight on space when it gets busy.

Been coming here for years, and those sliced fried potatoes are still the best in town. Always consistent.

The ribs were solid, but the real standout for me was the sauce. It had a nice balance, not too sweet or overpowering.

Came in for an afternoon iced latte and a pastry. The latte was strong and hit the spot. Pastry case looked good, but the croissant I grabbed was a bit dry. Solid spot for a quick caffeine fix.

The space has a really unique, charming design. I was impressed by the service, and the food portions were generous. They have a solid wine list, which paired nicely with the heavier dishes. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

We held a wedding reception here. The food was nicely presented and came out just as we requested. Cocktails were well-balanced, not too sweet. A solid choice for a private event.

Been coming here for years. The duck skin stays crispy every single time, just how I like it. That's why I keep coming back.

The buttermilk fried chicken special was really good. They had a nice selection of local beers that paired well with it.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, and the bartender was handling the whole place solo. She was swamped, but kept her cool and made a solid old-fashioned. Food took a bit, but no complaints.
