Found this little spot on the North Coast, run by locals. It's got its own charm and is spotless. The cooked breakfast is a solid choice, and they have a decent house red that went surprisingly well with it. Good value all around.

The fish and chips were pretty good, a decent portion for two. The batter was light and crispy, and the chips were just fine. Staff were friendly. It's a nice spot for a casual meal.

The chefs and a couple of the waitresses were really friendly. The main chef even came out to explain the specials, which was a nice touch.

Dan and Sean were so lovely! They really knew their stuff about the cocktails, helped us pick the perfect round for our group. Made the whole night so much more fun chatting with them.

The tasting menu was a real treat. Each course was so thoughtfully prepared, and the staff took time to explain the dishes, which made it all feel really engaging. A lovely way to spend an evening.

Good choice of beers on tap. I liked the pale ale. The bar stools are comfortable, which is a plus for a longer visit. A nice spot for a quiet drink.

A proper, no-frills spot. The service was really warm and attentive, which made it feel special.

Had a fab catch-up with friends at Austins. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotless, but the real star was the food - seriously good! Staff were lovely too. Perfect for a relaxed group dinner.

Been coming here for lunch a few times now. The portions are huge, honestly. I usually end up taking half of it home for later. Makes the price feel pretty fair.

The all-day fry was cooked just right, and the portion felt generous. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted, especially the tomatoes and mushrooms. It's a solid choice for a relaxed morning meal.

Friend got the gourmet burger. Said it was one of the best they've had in ages. Juicy patty, really good bun. Made me wish I'd ordered it instead of my salad.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The steak and ale pie was solid, proper comfort food. Service was quick, got my order in and out within the lunch hour. Nice, relaxed spot for a bite.
