The Tagliata di Manzo alla Cortonese was the best beef we had in Italy. Paired it with a local Sangiovese that cut through the richness beautifully. The tiramisu had a great balance of creaminess and coffee. A solid choice for wine lovers.

The &#39;Chiaro Scuro&#39; pizza was the star. That char on the crust, the creamy stracciatella... just right. A simple, welcoming spot. Staff were lovely.

Cozy little spot, the decor is really unique. Felt like someone&#39;s home, in a good way. Just a bit cramped when it got busy.

The Bavarian Beer food plate was a  and a welcome break from the similarities of the food in other restaurants. And the craft beer was fabulous. inexpensive, great food and friendly service.

Booked ahead, it&#39;s tiny. The focaccia was warm, chewy, perfect for dipping in the olive oil. The pasta dish, can&#39;t recall the name, had a sauce that was just rich enough, not heavy. Portion was spot on for the price. That&#39;s what I come for.

The ribollita soup was so hearty and comforting, just like a nonna would make. We shared a slice of cheesecake after and it was the perfect sweet finish. Great spot for a long, chatty dinner with the girls.

Appreciated the clear gluten-free and vegetarian options on the menu. Made ordering straightforward for our group. Service was efficient in handling the requests. A practical choice for mixed dietary needs.

Unfortunately the oven had broken so menu was limited. Perhaps we should have been made aware of that before we arrived. Food ok. Very quiet at restaurant so lacked atmosphere.

The ancient cellar setting is incredible. You&#39;re literally dining among Etruscan ruins, centuries old. It&#39;s a unique, romantic vibe you don&#39;t find just anywhere. The stone walls and low lighting really set the mood.

The morning cappuccino is great, and I appreciate that they use fresh, quality ingredients. A nice spot for a healthy start.

Caught the pianist during the festival, nice touch. The pecorino al forno was good, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Our trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable  dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils  followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn&#39;t praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more  .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

The porcini souffl&eacute; was just perfect, so light and airy. And that flaming chocolate dessert at the end was such a fun little show! They even brought us a couple of complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch.

This restaurant must&rsquo;ve been the best I&rsquo;ve ever visited. The ambience was excellent the service top class and the food well can I say to die for. The service went above and beyond as we have two disabled children who were treat with such care. Would highly recommend

The Tuscan plate was delicious, but the tables are a bit too close together for my liking.

Cozy spot for a catch-up! The braised beef cheek was so rich, perfect for sharing. Just a heads up, the veggie options change daily.

This historic cellar is so cozy. The family-run vibe is lovely. The portions of Tuscan food are huge for the price. A nice, warm feeling here.

The pizza here is solid. Got the classic Margherita, and the crust had that perfect chewy-yet-crispy thing going on. Sauce was bright and fresh. For the price, it&#39;s a really good deal.

Service is top-notch. Staff was super attentive, gave great recommendations. They really made us feel welcome. A bit pricey but worth it for the experience.

The pinza was excellent, and the mascarpone dessert was one of the best I&#39;ve had. Despite a minor hiccup with the beer, we had a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.

Lunch on the theater patio was such a nice find. The ravioli with sage and butter was the highlight for me&mdash;simple but so good. They even turned on the lights inside the old theater so we could peek in after eating.

Very  nice setting and dining experience. Good attentive service. Excellent food. Veal cheeks were the best that I have had and the pici  pasta was delicious. The wine list was exceptional- great bottle of vino nobile riserva.

Great food, simple but perfectly prepared in the tradition of la cucina italiana. Large portions, excellent and very affordable wines, and delightful service. Worth a trip down the hill from the old town. Very convenient to the Arena Santa Giuliana.
