Been coming here for years. The lamb biryani is always spot on, tender meat and the rice is never greasy. Chicken mandi&#39;s good too. It&#39;s the kind of reliable food you want after a long day.

A proper cosy pub, just a short walk from James Street station. Perfect for a pint after a day out. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxed.

Connor&rsquo;s always got a smile at the door, which is nice. But the real star is the lady in the kitchen. You can tell she puts real care into the food. My burger was cooked just right, juicy and full of flavour. That kind of effort makes a difference.

Nice local pub, good vibe. Jess at the bar was lovely and quick with service, really made a difference. My pint was spot on, and the place had a nice hum to it.

Typical hearty carvery meal, but - for some reason - slightly cheaper food (and beer) than other Toby restaurants in the area on Sundays (normally the most expensive and busiest day of the week).

Saw Ed Tempole here. The space is intimate, which I liked. The sitting area was comfy, though the view from the back tables wasn&#39;t the best. Still had a really good night.
