The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

The atmosphere was special. We loved it. The next visit to the restaurant will include a stay at the amazing rooms.
