Popped in late, the staff were still lovely. Food was solid, especially the late-night pasta. Came back the next day!

Nice quick lunch spot. The free dessert and amuse-bouche were a nice surprise, really appreciated that. Owner and staff are friendly. Food came out fast, which is what I needed.

Been coming here for years. As a meat eater, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the mushroom starter. Flavours are rich and authentic, you honestly don't miss the meat. A solid spot.

Had the lunch special. Portion was decent for the price, and it's halal which is a plus. The place was spotless, staff were nice. Not bad for a quick bite.

The vegan char siu had a really good texture, almost like the real thing. The 'duck' was also surprisingly flavourful, not bland at all. You can tell they put effort into getting the seasoning right.

Been here a few times. The food is always fresh, you can tell. Had the fish and chips again last night, the batter was spot on. A solid choice in the West End.

The seafood specials were decent, but the portion sizes could be a bit more generous for the price.

The lamb tibsi was so tender and flavourful! Sharing it with friends, eating with the injera bread, was a proper laugh.

Stopped by for dinner. The staff were really nice, especially Jaydleen and Muneeb. They checked on us a few times without being over the top. Made the whole thing feel pretty relaxed.

The staff were so on top of things even when the place was packed. My pasta arrived steaming, which was a nice touch. They kept things moving without making you feel rushed.

The iftar buffet was solid, and the kheer was a standout. They had a decent house red that paired nicely with the grilled fish.

The amaretto sour was well-balanced and a great match for my steak. Solid drinks list overall.

The pork adobo here is a family recipe, and it really does taste like home cooking. One of the best plates I've had in ages. Just a really comforting, standout dish.

The duck and waffle was a great first try. The crispy duck leg with a soft egg and maple syrup was a fun mix of sweet and savoury. The view from the 40th floor is the real star though.

Had the three-course prix fixe. The duck rillettes were nice, and the pan-seared coley was cooked just right. Gooseberry fool for dessert was a pleasant finish. A solid meal, though the pacing between courses felt a little rushed.

Service was prompt and efficient. Staff were knowledgeable about the menu and gave solid recommendations. They checked in at the right times without being overbearing. A very smooth experience.

The food at Gurkha is exceptional, with rich flavors and beautifully presented dishes. The chicken tikka masala and lamb korma were particularly delicious!

The kimchi smash burger was a great match with their house lager. The hand-ripped noodles were good too, though a bit salty.

The staff were so helpful getting my wheelchair up the steps. They didn't make a fuss, just sorted it quickly with a smile. Made a potentially awkward moment feel totally normal. Really appreciated that.

The prawn summer rolls were so fresh, packed with herbs and that dipping sauce was just right. I ended up ordering a second portion! The BBQ pork with jasmine rice was solid, too. Really enjoyed the vibe here.

The Onam Sadhya was a lovely, generous spread. The seats were comfortable, which made the long meal very relaxing.

The grilled pork banh mi is the one to get. The baguette was fresh and crisp, and the little bowl of beef broth on the side was a nice touch.

Afternoon tea. Proper three-tier stand. Sandwiches were fine. Scone was warm. Strawberry tart and the chocolate gateau were the highlight. Staff were friendly, especially Dana and Sherry. Made it feel relaxed.

The Bresola pizza was a standout, the dough had a perfect chew. I was really impressed by their wine list, found a nice Italian red that paired beautifully with the salty prosciutto. Emma's service was spot on. The place itself is stylish, though it got a bit loud later in the evening.

Seafood pasta was generous, fresh prawns and mussels. Good portion for the price. Service was efficient, got the bill quickly. Windows make it bright.

The tandoori mixed grill portion was huge, way bigger than I thought it’d be. The space itself is really nice, high ceilings and comfy booths. Just a relaxed spot for a proper meal.

Came for a quick bite, the presentation was lovely but the portions felt a bit small for the price. I was still a little peckish afterwards. Nice spot, though.

Been coming here for years, it's a solid local spot. The gluten-free options are a lifesaver for my partner. Food's always good quality, looks just like the menu photos. Place is nice and roomy, never feels cramped.

The haggis was really good. Had it with the brown sauce, and then tried it with hashbrown and cheese. Both ways worked for me. Solid choice.
