Stopped by for dinner and honestly the oysters were the highlight. Fresh, briny, exactly what I needed. Escargots were solid too. Main course was decent but the sea bass slightly overcooked on the edge. Place has a nice warm buzz to it though. Would come back just for those oysters.

Lively spot, no doubt. Fries were solid and the crowd made it fun. Just wish the portion felt a bit bigger for what you pay.

Came in on crutches and they grabbed me a seat right away—that was nice. Open kitchen looked tidy, team worked smooth. Pasta was the highlight, clean flavors, well done.

Stopped by for a late breakfast, got the blueberry pancakes. Fluffy, really good. Place is small and cozy but fills up fast. Staff were nice, no complaints there. Just wish it wasn't so cramped when it gets busy. Still, solid spot for a relaxed bite.

The kebab was decent — properly grilled, not dry at all. Portion was big enough that I couldn’t finish it. Place is pretty no-frills, but that’s fine with me. Price felt fair for what you get. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area.

The veal entrecote was solid and portions are pretty generous for the price. Only downside is seating inside is super limited, so better go early if you want a table. Good spot for a casual catch-up with friends 🙂

The 5-course surprise menu was a solid choice. Kitchen knows what they're doing, every plate was balanced and tasty. Wine pairing matched well too. Just be ready for a slow pace, we were there for a while.

Stopped here for lunch after a walk along the river. The foie gras was really good, and the rosé cremant hit the spot. Portion sizes are decent for the price, which is always a plus. Service was friendly, didn't rush us at all. It's a bit on the pricier side but you're paying for the location. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Reasonable prices for Maastricht, especially with the riverside location. I had the lunch menu and thought the portion was decent for what you pay. Service was friendly but a bit slow when it got busy. Still, a solid spot if you want something easy by the water.

Nice place for a quick coffee. The flat white was well made and the staff seemed friendly. Space is pretty tight though, so I'd grab it to go.

Pizza was solid—crispy crust, plenty of toppings. Terrace is a nice touch when the weather behaves. They pour a decent glass of Chianti too. Service quick enough for a casual spot.

Nice spot for a sunset drink by the water. Cocktail list is solid, though the music gets a bit loud for proper conversation. Still, hard to beat that view. 🍸

Came in for the tasting menu on a quiet Tuesday. Chef’s really doing something interesting here — each plate had its own character, not just the usual stuff you see everywhere. Pace was spot on too, never felt rushed or waiting too long between courses. Service was personal without being fussy. Only thing is the price adds up, but you’re paying for the craft. Solid choice if you’re in the area.

Fresh sandwiches, decent amount of filling. Staff was friendly enough. Fine for a quick lunch in Hasselt, nothing crazy.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and had the owner's recommendation. Pretty good — you can tell they put some care into it. Place is small but has a homey feel. Service was quick, which I appreciated. Maybe not a destination spot, but decent if you're in the area.

Had the three course surprise share menu. The food was phenomenal. If we lived here, we would go back. Each course consists of five small (bites) entrees. Delicious.

Stopped by for a coffee and cake—the cake was really good, not too sweet. Coffee was solid too. Place has a nice vibe, pretty chill for a quick break. Wish I had more time to sit around honestly.

The staff were lovely, really attentive. Food was okay, not quite what I hoped for. But the wine list saved the evening—decent pours at fair prices.

Prices are fair for what you get, though coffee isn’t included with the breakfast buffet. That caught me off guard a bit. Still, the food was solid and I left full. Good spot if you’re grabbing brunch with friends and don’t mind paying extra for your caffeine fix. ☕️

Stopped by for some cheese and ended up chatting with the guy behind the counter for a while. He really knows his stuff. Left with a soft goat cheese I'd never tried before. Good spot if you're into that sort of thing. Prices are fair too.

Food was decent, staff friendly enough. Nice spot to take your time with the menu without anyone hovering. Pretty good overall.

This place never disappoints. The service is wonderful. We ordered the Fish and chips. It was delicious. It feels as if we are eating at a good friend's house...very warm and welcoming environment.

The zuurvlees was proper tasty and the service stayed attentive without hovering. Warm spot for a drink and a bite. Solid enough for a casual night out.

The garden seating really made it for me — quiet, green, felt a world away from the street. Four-course menu was solid, wine pairings worked well. Service friendly without hovering. Just a lovely evening.

We went for the tapas around the world thing and honestly, each plate had proper flavor. I had a glass of their house red with it, worked well with the spicy chorizo one. Staff left us alone long enough to enjoy, not hovering. Place looks lovely inside. Just wish they had one more vegetarian option, but fine for a night out.

The owner’s wine is worth trying, but honestly the portions felt a bit small for the price. Food’s tasty though, and the menu’s got plenty of options.

Pancakes were solid—good texture, not too heavy. Tried the vegan one, actually held up fine. Place was busy but staff stayed chill. Prices fair for what you get. Only thing: gets loud when it fills up. Fine for a quick bite, not for a long chat.

The truffle burger was solid—rich flavor, messy in the best way. Bitterballen crispy on the outside, hot inside. Apple cake finished it off nicely.

Lovely terrace with real shade, that made the difference on a warm day. Food was refined, French-inspired but not fussy. Staff knew their menu well. Just wish the portions were a bit more generous.
