Got the lamb shank rice for takeout. The meat was so soft it just fell apart, even after the drive home. Really hit the spot.

Staff was super helpful at the counter. They walked me through the menu and nailed a custom half-and-half order I wanted. No fuss, got it right on the first try.

The owners are Japanese and you can really feel their dedication. The nigiri and specialty rolls are just so honest and well-made.

Small spot, mostly for takeout. But the flavors are legit! The spicy noodles had this amazing chili oil that was just the right kind of tingly. I ended up finishing the whole thing at the counter.

The spicy minced pork noodles are the only thing I order. The heat is just right, and they&#39;ll crank it up if you ask. Got a huge bowl for what I paid.

The self-serve setup is pretty neat. I liked being able to pick my own flavors and toppings. Ended up with a mix of strawberry and vanilla, plus some mochi and chocolate chips. It was fun to build exactly what I wanted.
