The shawarma here is really good. I got the chicken one and the portion was generous. Lots of sauces and toppings to pick from, which I appreciate. Meat was fresh, not dry at all. Only thing is it&#39;s a bit messy to eat, but that&#39;s pretty normal for shawarma. Would come back for the lamb next time.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly the vibe was super chill. They&#39;ve got a kids menu which is handy, and that little kitchenette area is cute. Service is fine but you do have to flag someone down if you want table service. Nothing fancy, just a decent spot to grab something easy.

Walked in on a Tuesday not expecting much. That buffet though... R99 for all that food? Lamb curry was solid, jalebi still warm. Place was busy but service kept up fine. Not fancy at all, but you leave stuffed. Probably the best rand-for-bite deal I&#39;ve found around here lately.

The chicken taco with rice was a nice twist&mdash;filling and tasty. Nachos were a bit sad though, soggy chips and barely any cheese. The raspberry mojito mocktail jug was the real win, easily 8-10 glasses for the price.

The glazed doughnuts are always fresh and soft &mdash; caught them warm once and that made my day. Fun watching them come off the line too.

Service was decent &mdash; the team seemed well organised and the place had a good buzz. Manager was clearly on top of things, kept it running smoothly. Food was fine, nothing mind-blowing but I&#39;d go back. Maybe a bit noisy towards the end but that&#39;s on us for staying late.

Naomi remembered it was my mom&#39;s birthday without us even mentioning it twice. That little personal touch made the whole dinner feel warmer. Food was solid too.

Stopped in for the rice and stew with meat. That dish is proper good, meat was soft and the flavours were there. I&#39;ll definitely be back for that. Place was quiet enough to sit and eat without any hassle. Service was fine, no complaints. Good spot if you&#39;re in the area and want a decent meal.

The chicken was solid, same good quality as always. Staff were friendly and the place felt clean. Only hassle is parking nearby, took us a few mins to find a spot. Good spot for a casual catch-up though.
