We ended up here after the first place ran out of meat, and honestly it worked out better. Got the sandwich and it was really good — bread was fresh, filling was generous. Family enjoyed theirs too. Quick stop, no fuss, just a solid meal when we needed it. Maybe not life-changing, but I'd come back.

Dropped by for lunch and grabbed the fried octopus — pretty solid, crispy outside, tender inside. Place has that old-school rustic vibe, nothing fancy but feels real. Wine list surprised me, decent picks without crazy prices. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Would sit outside again if the weather cooperates.

The charbonada was fun—grilling the meat yourself at the table. Homemade fries were a nice side. Meat quality felt fresh, though the portion was a bit small for the price.

The set menu is honestly a steal for what you get. Food quality holds up way better than the price suggests.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the tripe stew — it was properly good. Nothing fancy about the place, just simple tables and a no-fuss vibe. Staff were patient even though my Portuguese is shaky. Price felt fair for what you get. Would eat there again if I'm in the area.

Came here for lunch with a couple of friends and honestly the sushi deal is solid for Leiria. Rolls were fresh and we got a good variety without spending too much. Dinner menu is pricier but I'd probably stick to lunch anyway. Nice spot if you wanna hang out and eat something easy 😊

The cod dish with cornbread is very nice, and the service is commendable. Just be mindful of the limited reservations they accept.

The burger was solid — bun soft, patty cooked just right. I liked that they didn't overload it with sauce. Staff were friendly too.

Service was the highlight here. Waiter spoke French with us, helped pick a decent wine to match the food. Attentive without hovering, which I appreciated. Place got busy later, but he still checked in when needed. Solid experience overall, nothing fancy but they know what they're doing.

The pork and risotto combo is still my go-to here. Codfish with Batata Brás was solid too. Music was a nice touch, kept things relaxed.

Been coming here for a while now, and the octopus is still the dish I keep thinking about. Tender, smoky, just the right amount of salt. The sea bass was good too, but that octopus is the reason I come back. Service was fine, nothing flashy, but they remember you. That counts for something.

The tosta mista here is solid. Crispy, plenty of cheese, and you pick your bread. Had it with a coffee, worked well together. They make their own gelato too, which is a nice bonus. Place gets busy around lunch, but it's worth squeezing in. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

The daily menu is a solid deal—bread, olives, a drink, main, dessert, coffee. Grilled chicken was juicy, cod cooked right. For the price, you can't complain. Place was busy but service kept up. I'd go back just for that menu.

Came here for grilled fish, left full and happy. The sardines were properly charred, still juicy inside. Portion size is no joke — could easily share. Place was packed, staff running around but somehow got everything out quick. Not fancy, just honest Portuguese cooking. Would go back for the octopus.

We stopped by for lunch and Mrs. Júlia came over to chat. I don't eat meat and she offered to make me something different without me even asking. That was really thoughtful. I had the grilled fish with vegetables, everything tasted fresh and light. Homemade style, not heavy at all. Prices felt fair for the portion. Just a lovely little spot.

Walked in without a booking, no problem. The broken eggs were spot on, staff sorted us out quick. Fair price for what you get.

The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Prices are fair for what you get, especially in this area. Service was quick, maybe a bit too quick, felt a little rushed. But honestly, for the quality, I can't complain. Just go with time to spare.

Been coming here for a while now. Location is the big draw for me—right next to the bullring, parking’s never a hassle. Place is huge too, so even when it’s packed you’re not squeezed in. Not the fanciest spot in town, but it’s consistent. That’s why I keep going back.

Solid meat dishes, no complaints there. Wine list was decent too. Place felt cozy, not too loud. Got my food quick, which I always appreciate. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot for a lunch break. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

The food was well presented and tasty. The staff very friendly, as well as the owner who came out of the kitchen to speak to his quests.

Stumbled in without expectations and left really impressed. The secreto pork in the mixed grill was spot on, juicy and well seasoned. Fair price for what you get.

Stopped by for brunch last week. Pancakes were the highlight—fluffy, not too sweet, came out hot. Staff handled the rush fine, no long wait for coffee refills. Portion size decent for the price. Place gets busy around noon, so go early if you want a quiet table. Solid option if you're in the area.

The octopus salad was really good, and the place has a nice modern feel. We waited about half an hour between courses, but the staff kept us updated. Comfortable seating too.

The homemade chocolate ice cream was really good — you can tell they make it fresh. Cozy little spot for a quick afternoon stop.

Came for the daily special and got the veal stew — super tender, lots of flavor. Place was packed but we still got our food fast, which was nice. Portions were generous too, definitely enough for sharing with a friend. Would come back if I’m in the area again 😊
