The fries were thick and crispy, and that Heights sauce was made for dipping. Best when they're fresh out of the fryer.

Had the basic egg plate for a late breakfast. The scrambled eggs were really good, creamy and not dry at all. The seeded sourdough toast it came with was a nice surprise. Coffee was strong and hot, just how I like it. Solid choice.

The pork shank was so flavorful, and the risotto paired perfectly. Really appreciated the fresh, quality ingredients.

Carlo was a great server, really on top of things. The grilled octopus was cooked perfectly, tender with a nice char. Just a bit pricey for the portion, but we enjoyed it.

The broiled pork chops were the main reason for my visit. Juicy, well-seasoned with garlic. A solid choice for a business dinner, though the portion felt a bit light for the price. Service was efficient.

The portions are huge! Got a set meal and couldn't finish it all, had to take leftovers home.

Simple spot, no frills. The soups are always piping hot and taste like someone actually made them from scratch. A solid, affordable choice in Manhattan when you just need a decent, reliable meal.

Been coming here for years, and those tamarind glazed ribs are still the move. The glaze gets nice and sticky, and the meat underneath stays juicy. Just a solid, reliable spot for that specific craving.

Deux Amis is a true gem in NYC, consistently delivering delicious food and a welcoming ambiance. It's our go-to place for special occasions!

Valet parking was a nice touch. Our reserved table was ready right away, which made everything easy.

Betza was our waitress and she was on point all night. Really attentive, never felt rushed. The food was solid, matched the service vibe. Good spot.

Stunning NYC skyline view from the waterfront. Came for a birthday dinner. That view alone was worth it.

Cash only, so I had to run to the ATM. But the salad was full of crisp, fresh greens and perfectly ripe avocado. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients here. Just remember to bring cash.

The wine list here is solid, lots of choices. We grabbed a bottle of white with dinner, it was just right for the food. Good stuff.

Grilled prime rib was spot-on. They handled our group of eight really well, still had a good vibe for talking.

Gaby and AnnMarie are great servers. They know the menu well and give good suggestions.

The crispy shrimp tacos were spot on - fresh shrimp, crunchy slaw, and a really nice sauce. Flan for dessert was interesting, a bit different than usual but a good finish.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. The cilantro lime chicken wrap was flavorful and filling. Kids menu had good mac and cheese options. Prices are fair for the area. Menu is a bit all over the place, but it works.

Had a private event here. The staff was super helpful and put together a custom menu for us - everyone loved it. The private room itself was really nice, quiet and comfortable for our group.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was top-notch, and they even had great gluten-free options available.

Perfect spot for a pre-theater dinner. The wine list had some nice options to start the evening.

The server was great about my nut allergy and walked me through the vegan options. Their wine list had a nice pairing for the mushroom dish, too.

Got a table easily for a late brunch. The latte was delicious, and the foam art was a nice touch. Pancakes were fluffy, not dry at all. Love that they serve breakfast until 3:30 PM, perfect for when you want a proper meal with a good coffee in the afternoon.

The smoked salmon croissant with boiled egg was really good. Nice spot to sit outside near the park.

Solid brunch spot. The shakshuka was good, but the real winner was their house Bloody Mary—perfectly balanced with the spices. Gets busy though.

Marco Polo’s still my go‑to for Italian in Brooklyn. The food’s fresh, service is on point. Atmosphere works for a date or a family dinner. Always reliable.

The atmosphere at French Roast is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings or date nights. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch.

They managed our big group really well, even with kids and grandparents. Made the celebration smooth.

The live piano was a fun touch, people were singing along. But honestly, for the price of the entrees, I expected a bit more food on the plate. The vibe is great for a casual night, just wish the portions matched.
