After the hot springs, their cold mori soba was just right. The noodles had a nice firmness, and the dipping sauce was light. A very refreshing choice. The portion was generous for the price. Staff were polite and quick.

Oma bluefin was incredible. The eel with sake pairing too. Surprised by the seafood selection here in Nagano. Sushi lovers should check it out.

Don't let the quiet neighborhood fool you. Stepped in and it was like walking into a different era, with old manga lining the walls. The sake list is solid, had a nice local Junmai that went perfectly with the grilled mackerel. A really cozy spot for a quiet dinner.

Been coming here for years, always walk in and grab a seat at the bar. Their seasonal nigiri plate is the reason I keep coming back. The fish is always fresh, and the cuts are generous. It’s just consistently good.
