TheForkUserOur experience at Thai Square at Putney Bridge was lovely from beginning to end. We had a table with a great view of the Thames and Putney Bridge. Service was excellent. The staff are always so accommodating and smiling. My daughter always orders the golden curry with coconut rice and loves it. I thought the lamb shank curry was the best thing I have eaten it ages too. My friend also really enjoyed her jungle curry. The coconut jasmine sorbet was also very nice - the fairly floss made a it a hit with children. I’d highly recommend Thai Square at Putney Bridge.

This restaurant is a Bayswater institution, which serves delicious food at very reasonable prices with prompt and friendly service to the locals who love it and the tourists who seek it out. TheForkUserWhile the food and ambiance were excellent, there was much confusion upon arriving (when we actually found the place). We had a reservation and a confirmation for the Hamptons Bar but staff had no idea what The Fork was and stressed they were just a bar and didn’t serve food and we must be in the wrong place. Turns out it was the courtyard restaurant at the Taj Hotel, which wasn’t what the reservation said. Someone needs to get their information straight. Were we the first people to ever make a Fork reservation here?? All in all, our meal was very good and we would come again.
