Even on a packed Saturday, the staff were so calm and attentive. My fish and chips took a little while, but you could tell it was freshly fried. A very relaxed meal.

Popped in for a coffee on a crisp morning. The carrot cake was fantastic, really hit the spot. Staff were lovely too.

Love that they’re so dog-friendly here! The sharing platter was spot on, especially the warm bread. Coffee’s good, and you can tell they use local stuff. A nice find for a relaxed weekend bite.

Quick lunch stop. Fish and chips were spot on, crispy batter and proper chips. Service was fast, got my order in and out in 30 mins. Prices are a touch high for a pub lunch, but you get what you pay for. Good for a speedy bite.

Staff were really nice. Got a table fast even though it was packed on a Sunday. Food took a while to come out, but they were friendly about it.

Nice B&B for a quick stop. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. The host was really friendly and gave some good local tips. Good value for the price. Would stay again if passing through.

Been here a couple of times. The food tastes proper homemade. You can tell they use good, local stuff. The garden room is a nice spot to sit. Service is quick and friendly.

Had a lovely lunch here during my UK trip. The food was genuinely delicious, and the staff were so kind. The town itself is just beautiful and scenic.

Decent spot for a bite in Windermere. The calzone was huge, honestly could have shared one between two of us. Coffee was fine. Good for watching the world go by.

Popped in for the early dinner. The monkfish was lovely, and they were really nice about letting us order it from that menu. Tables are a bit close together, but the staff were so friendly it didn't matter much.

Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. The food arrived promptly and piping hot. My only note is that the wine list felt a bit limited for the menu—a more thoughtful pairing selection would really complement those hearty dishes.

Been coming here for years. The pizza is always fresh, and I appreciate that they use quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference in the tomato sauce. A solid choice when you want something simple and good.

The small plates menu is a real winner after their recent tweaks. The grilled octopus was spot on, and the burrata with heirloom tomatoes was super fresh. Perfect for sharing with a couple of friends.

Nice to find a pub that's so welcoming to dogs. The water bowls are a thoughtful touch after a walk.

A decent spot for local cask ales. They had a few from Wensleydale Brewery on my visit, which were pretty good. The bar staff were friendly and seemed to know their stuff.

Lovely tea room with a nice view from the outdoor tables. I really appreciated the homemade cakes. The ingredients tasted fresh, especially the fruit in the scones. The hot food menu looked good too, though I only tried the cakes. A peaceful spot for a light bite.

Really good value for money! The seafood was super fresh and the venison was cooked just right. Great spot for a catch-up with friends, we all left happy and full.

The staff were really nice and helpful. We showed up just after the kitchen was supposed to close, but they still sorted us out with a decent meal. A pretty good experience overall.

Been coming here for years. Jasmine’s always so friendly, remembers my usual order. Makes you feel like a regular even if you’ve only been in a few times. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Dog-friendly spot. Staff were helpful. Got the blueberry cake latte and a raspberry iced latte. Interesting flavours, worked well. My dog enjoyed their snack too. Solid coffee.

The staff were so nice, especially with our dog. They even brought him a water bowl. Felt like we were just popping round a friend's place.

The salad was generous and fresh. Their wine list had a nice pairing suggestion for it, which worked well.

Lovely little pub, perfect for a chilly night. The wood-burning stove is a really nice touch. I appreciated that they had a couple of lighter, fresh salad options on the menu alongside the heartier pub classics. A nice spot to warm up.

There was a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was great service and the food was lovely. Will definitely go back.

Hermione was a real sweetheart. She handled everything so well, and the service just made the whole evening feel effortless. A very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

The staff were really on it. My dessert came out with the wrong topping, but they noticed before I even said anything and had it swapped out in a minute.

Nice big terrace for summer evenings. Food came out fast, tasted fresh. The aubergine rolls were good, but the feta inside was a bit too salty for me. Still, a solid spot.
