Stopped by for dinner after setting up camp nearby. Got the steak and honestly didn't expect much from a campsite restaurant. Meat was cooked properly, decent size for the price. Place was warm inside with nice wooden touches. Service was friendly enough. Fine if you're in the area and don't want to drive anywhere else.

Fresh fish, rustic vibe. 🍺 Their own beer is a solid bonus. Prices a bit steep though. Staff were friendly.

Decent spot for a quick bite. Portions were fair for the price, and the staff didn't mind us squeezing in with a stroller. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Probably won't go out of my way, but I wouldn't mind stopping by again if I'm in the area.

Decent food and the beach view from outside seating was nice. Portion could've been bigger for the price though.

The crème brûlée was the highlight—really well done. Service felt genuine and friendly, and they picked a nice wine to go with it. Solid spot for a nice dinner out.

The crostini were the highlight—crisp, flavorful, exactly what I needed. They squeezed us in on New Year’s Day without a fuss. Would’ve loved a better wine list to match, though.

Been coming here for a while now, and the food stays consistent. Had the schnitzel again last time, still as good as the first visit. Wine list is solid, prices fair for what you get. Rooms are nice too, but honestly, I mostly come for the kitchen. Never had a bad meal here.

Stopped here mid bike ride for coffee and cake. Had the plum crumble cake—proper homemade, not that factory stuff. Coffee did the job too. Place was quiet enough to sit and rest the legs. Staff friendly, didn't rush us. Fine stop if you're passing through.

The sommelier really knew their stuff—helped us pick a great pairing. Food was fresh and nicely done. Just wish the drinks weren't so pricey. 🍷

The bifteki here was really good, probably the best I've had in a while. Portion size felt fair for the price too. Staff were nice about the gluten-free thing, which I appreciated.

The lamb with truffle mash was spot on, really tender. Took a while to come out though. Nice view of the Gorch Fock while waiting, so that helped.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the local wheat beer — really solid choice. The place has that classic Hansa vibe, dark wood, kinda fancy but still relaxed. Food was decent, I had a traditional dish and it hit the spot. Menu’s got plenty of options if you’re into regional stuff. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but fine for the experience.

We stopped by for dinner and grabbed a table near the window. The lasagna was hearty, exactly what I needed after a long day. Portions are generous, no complaints there. Staff checked on us just enough, not too pushy. The Lambrusco was a nice touch with the cannelloni. Only small thing: it got a bit warm inside as the evening went on. Still, a comfortable spot to unwind.

Right on the harbor with outdoor seating—hard to beat that spot. Menu's limited and mains are pricey, but what we had was solid. Fine for a casual meal with a view.

The pistachio gelato was really good—rich and creamy, tasted like actual nuts. Decent spot for a quick treat.

The fish was cooked beautifully and the wine pairing worked well. Even had little extras like amuse-bouches and nice toiletries in the restroom. Felt genuinely welcoming.

Stopped by after a long hike and they still let us sit down even though other places were closing. That alone made my day. Food was solid too, nothing crazy but hit the spot. Staff were really friendly, took care of us the whole time. Glad we picked this one.

The kitchen shuts down at 9:30, so don't show up late. Flounder was spot on though, really fresh. Would've liked a glass of Riesling with it, but their wine list was a bit thin.

Pizzas were solid—came out hot even though we ordered a big takeaway batch. That’s not always easy. Service was quick for the size of the order. I’d grabbed a bottle of their house red to go with it, worked fine with the margherita. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Maybe a bit more sauce next time, but overall a decent spot for a group order.

The pork knuckle was spot on—crispy skin, tender inside, proper amount of salt. Been coming here for years, portion sizes stay generous. Meat quality never dropped. Only thing is you don't really need a reservation unless you're a big group. That's it.

The lighting in there is something else—soft, warm, makes you want to stay longer. Had the rump steak, cooked just right. Staff knew their menu, no hesitation. Pricey though, but I didn't mind. That kind of evening doesn't happen often.

The Wallenstein platter is a beast. Ribs were good, though a bit burnt on the edges last time. Portions are huge, but prices went up a bit. Still a solid spot for a group.

The lamb platter came out fast, which I appreciated. Meat was cooked fine, but the cutlets were small for €30. Starter salad was just iceberg with dressing—nothing special. Waterfront spot is nice though. Drinks a bit steep. Quick bite if you're nearby, but don't expect a bargain.

The waffle with ice cream, cherries, and whipped cream was the highlight—really good, warm and crispy. The cappuccino though, pretty weak. Service felt a bit all over the place, three different people asked us the same thing. Place itself is fine, nothing special. I'd come back for the waffle, skip the coffee.

The meatballs here are a proper change from all the tourist spots on Rügen. Nothing fancy, just solid food. We keep coming back whenever we're on the island.

Decent spot for the area, prices are fair. Had the schnitzel, portion was solid and cooked right. Service was quick enough, though it does get packed in summer, so book ahead if you can. Not fancy, but you leave full without feeling ripped off. That's what counts for me.

Order at the window, grab a buzzer, and watch the harbour while you wait. Fish and chips were properly crispy, herring roll tasted fresh. Friendly service even when it got busy.
