王记酱骨头在青岛也算是老餐饮了，菜量大，酱的骨头味道够香，不但可以吃肉还可以吸骨髓。店在闽江路和云霄路交接口上，整条街上有年头了！店家新装修过，店铺整体明亮，中午饭点人不少。入座点餐，等餐期间店家给每桌上了点小食品磨牙，上餐速度还是很快的，酱脊骨肉还是不少的，配着肉汤炖入味的白萝卜，好吃又解腻。肉丝大拉皮也是他们家的特色，一如既往的口味稳定，调味也不错。最下饭的还是酸菜拆骨肉，连汤带水的一锅，很有仪式感的带着加热小锅，这时候米饭是绝配。环境不错，厨房部分是明档，卫生看得见，下次有机会再来尝尝他们家的招牌酱棒子骨，还可以吸骨髓。
