Been coming here for a while now, and the lemon croissant is still my go-to. Always fresh, always hits the spot. Carrot cake's solid too, not too sweet. Coffee does the job alongside. Place gets busy but that's fine, they keep it moving.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Place has a nice, relaxed feel to it. Staff were friendly enough, didn’t have to wait long for a table. Got the schnitzel—pretty good, fresh and cooked right. Portion was big, almost too big for one. Fine for the price.

The breakfast menu here is pretty big, lots of veggie and vegan options which is nice. Food quality is solid and portions are generous. Modern look inside but feels a bit cold, not super cozy. I'd book a table before coming, it gets busy. Decent spot for a proper breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was solid, lots of options and the coffee hit the spot. Only thing is the utensils could've been cleaner. Still a good spot to meet up with friends though 🙂

The lemon cake was pretty good, coffee decent too. Quirky little spot, felt very homey. Just wish they had more seating.

Tucked away from the main street, really cozy for a relaxed breakfast. Coffee was solid and the price felt fair. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but no complaints overall.

Nice spot to sit outside and watch the cathedral. Coffee is standard Starbucks, nothing special but fine. Got a cappuccino and just relaxed for a bit. Service was quick enough, even though it was busy. Only thing is the outdoor tables are a bit close together, but that's okay for a quick stop.

The coffee and cakes were solid. Outdoor seats face the tram line, so it gets noisy, but the flavors made up for it. Fine if you're nearby.

The seating area is pretty tight but somehow still cozy. I grabbed a slice of their chocolate cake and it was solid, not too sweet. Prices are fair for what you get. Place fills up fast though, so I'd aim for earlier in the day if you want to actually sit down and enjoy it.

The espresso macchiato and toast were fresh, no complaints there. Indoor seating's pretty tight though—fine if you just wanna grab a quick bite and chat.

The veggie burger was actually pretty solid and didn’t break the bank. Right in the old town, so super easy to grab a quick bite. 🍔

Stopped by for a bag of beans last week. You can watch them roast right there, which is pretty cool. Coffee's always fresh, no complaints. Place smells incredible when you walk in. Just wish they had a bit more seating if you wanna hang around.

Came here on a busy Saturday and waited longer than I’d like for our order. Staff stayed polite though, and the food honestly made up for it. Had the schnitzel—crispy, hot, exactly what I needed. Not perfect, but I’d sit through the wait again.

Solid panini and bagels, nothing fancy but does the job. Service was quick even with a line. Good spot if you're in the area and want a quick bite without the fuss.

Been coming here for a while now. The potato soup is still my go-to, especially on a rainy day. It's simple but always consistent, which is more than I can say for most places around here. Staff recognized me this time, that was a nice touch. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

The schnitzel was really good, and the pub vibe made it easy to relax. Staff were friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable for a longer stay.

Espresso was solid, and the Saturday cake of the day is definitely worth grabbing. Staff friendly, place quiet enough to actually enjoy it.

The latte was smooth, nicely balanced. White interior feels almost clinical but in a good way - clean, bright, calm. Wish they stayed open past 6 though, had to rush my last sip. Would've liked to linger a bit longer with that coffee.

Been coming here for years, still my favorite dessert place in Aachen. The chocolate cake with fruits is exactly what I keep ordering—never disappoints. Coffee's solid too. Cozy inside, service is quick. Only thing: card only works over 10€, so bring cash if you're just grabbing a small thing.

The apple strudel with vanilla sauce was warm and tasty. Upstairs seating gives you a nice view of the square, though the chairs felt a bit worn. Cozy old-fashioned vibe overall.

Tight inside, but the avocado galette with goat cheese was solid. Ordering felt a bit clunky, but the food came out quick enough. Worth it for a fast bite.

Spacious place with a proper drink list. Staff were friendly, and the interior felt really open—good spot if you're in a bigger group.

Stopped by for brunch last weekend. The shakshuka was really fresh, tomatoes tasted properly ripe. Pistachio pancakes were good too, not too sweet. Service was quick even though it was pretty full. Only thing, the coffee came a bit lukewarm. But the ingredients felt high quality, which matters to me. Would go back for the pancakes.

The homemade Eierlikör with coffee was the highlight for me. Prices are normal, seats are comfy.

Stumbled into this place on a quiet street and the food really held up. Got the schnitzel—crispy, not greasy, exactly what I needed. Cozy vibe, nothing fancy, but I liked that. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but still fine. Would come back for that dish alone.

Cool spot — used to be a butcher shop, you can tell from the details. Food looked better than it tasted, a bit dry for my liking. Coffee was solid though.

Nice little place to grab a coffee and actually take a break. The owner is kind but strict about the no-device rule — fair enough if you want to unplug. My latte was fresh, though I wish the cups were a bit bigger.

Tried the Ghana 60% hot chocolate — really good, deep flavor. The shop’s small but cozy, nice corner to sit. Service was okay, kinda depends on the day though. Not mad about it.
