Stopped by after work, it's right by the station. The private room was perfect for our small group. The sommelier's sake pairing suggestion with the grilled fish course was spot on. A bit pricey, but the privacy made it worthwhile for a proper catch-up.

The soft-shell turtle course was interesting, a first for me. The final rice porridge tied it together well. Service was efficient, though the pacing between courses felt a bit rushed.

The all-you-can-drink course was a blast with my friends! The food was actually really good and filling, which was a nice surprise. Perfect for a long, chatty dinner.

The Kansai-style eel here has a crispier skin, which I really like. It definitely stands out compared to other eel places nearby. The interior is simple but feels very calm and clean, which made for a nice, relaxed lunch.

The meat quality is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. Portions could be a bit bigger for the price, though.

The sashimi platter had some really unique fish I haven't seen at other places. It's a bit pricey for the portion, but the quality is there. Good for trying something different.

Cozy Texas vibe. The staff were really friendly, even with the language barrier. We felt welcome right away. The brisket was tender, but the sides were just okay. Good spot for a casual meal.

The calm interior of the restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a meal without feeling rushed.

The daily special spice curry was legit. Really hit the spot. They mentioned it's gluten-free, which is good to know. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

The staff here are so friendly and quick! They greeted us with smiles right away, which made it a nice spot to catch up with friends. 😊

The piroshki were really good. Crispy outside, and the inside was surprisingly light, not dense like I expected. Just a nice, simple thing to order.

The Sun Lunch set is a nice deal. I really liked the arrabiata pasta with eggplant, it had a gentle kick. The salad was fresh and crisp. What stood out was the comfortable booth seating, it made the whole lunch feel very relaxed.

The lake view from the window was really nice. It made the quiet, traditional room feel even more relaxing. Just sitting there with a drink before the food came was a good part of the meal.

This place has been around forever, right in the station. The soy sauce-grilled takoyaki is a solid deal for the price.

Ordered through the tablet, super quick. Staff checked on us once, which was fine. Portions are decent for the price. Got the chicken katsu curry, very filling. Good for a quick lunch.

The zaru soba was the main event for me. The noodles were chilled just right, with a firm texture. That 'karajiru' dipping sauce was rich and savory. The wild vegetable tempura was a nice seasonal touch, though I wish the portion was a bit bigger.

The udon is made fresh to order, so there's a bit of a wait. But that texture... it's worth it. So smooth and chewy, just perfect. The seasonal tempura was nice too, especially the shrimp.

The skewers were fantastic, and they paired nicely with a cold beer. Just wish the indoor smoking wasn't so heavy.
